Was this similar to stra trek ds9 where sisko and a huge fleet went into enemy lines killing a factory or drydock to slow down the dominion -cardasian fleet production? Or a clone factory?
The Wehrmacht did not operate ball bearing factories and the rockets mounted on German fighters were not rocket propelled grenads, (RPG's). C'mon man,.
The "rockets" were infact mortars..Werfergranate..Adapted from the army nebelwerfer. Very few single engine fighters were fitted with them but the ME110 used them in mid 1943.They were inaccurate and made the aircraft unwieldy and less manoeverable. RM4 rockets were used in 1945 on ME 262.
@@simonartley1645 the 21cm rockets were also able to and fitted to 109s and 190s. R4Ms were used by other aircraft but as you note extreme end of war. And theyre not mortars, theyre literally rockets. A nebelwerfer was a ground based rocket launcher. The large size and arc of 'lobbing' the munition doesnt suddenly make it not a rocket, its still indeed very much a rocket. A mortar in comparison uses charges to shoot a shell out of a tube on the ground. There has never been air to air mortars. The rockets had a burn motor, not just a 'bang out' charge like a mortar shell or cannon round.
Interesting and informative, hope your channel goes far!
The way that you deliver lines is very distracting. It goes up and down, up and down.
It's very distracting 😐

They did have Ball Bearing factories... The Luftwaffe did have unguided rockets.
@@EscanV Germany certainly had factories, NOT the Army. And RPG's are not the same thing as the rockets mounted on Luftwaffe aircraft.

Yah. That mission should have been aborted and rescheduled for a day of better weather. Too many mistakes to upvote or subscribe.
