Best would be from January to April: little rain, sunny days, and low humidity!
It's also the best time for diving & snorkelling since calmer waters and more visibility.

Yes January to April is the best time for water activities but it is the peak season so resort prices will be high. Try to go either January end or early April.

If you are staying on local islands then you can plan yourself and avoid agents. If you are planning to stay on private island resort then better to go with travel agency as they get good discounts.

Paradise resort is less expensive but I believe it is a family resort so privacy could be an issue. I could be wrong but I feel there could be a possibility of photobombing by kids and too many people :) Adaaran Rannhalhi is good but remember it is a small island. Also do not book water villa for all days. Keep it for just one night and save a lot of money :)

Hi, I would like to ask if it is possible to jump in or swim directly from the water bungalow?
If you are asking about jumping into the water from the private deck of your water villa, I wouldn't recommend that because the water level is just waist high. You might hurt yourself. Yeah every water villa has a ladder that lets you get into the water and you can swim around your villa :)

What is the charges for scuba diving??and which activities are free??
Hi.....only snorkeling was part of our package and we were provided snorkeling kit on day 1 which ofcourse we had to return on last day. For scuba diving we were quoted $430 for two people inclusive of videos and photos.

Scuba was $400 for two people inclusive of photos and videos. There are no charges for snorkeling as such. We carried our snorkeling kits and snorkeled around our water villa and other parts of the island :)
Where from you book the hotel? Direct from hotel site or other tour site?
I booked through Flynote. But I would recommend checking with the hotel directly as well and then compare the package cost 😃

Yes you should. But I would recommend checking out Adaaran's other resorts. They are much bigger than Club Rannalhi. There's not much to do and see on this island for 4-5 days. Check their map :)

I don't think the price would make sense now. Especially after covid era. I guess the prices of almost everything in Maldives must have changed in 3 years

Is it good property to spend time or should i go for other ones ?
It is a good property if your budget is somewhere around 1.20 - 1.70 lacs. But please note that it's a very small island so there wouldn't be much to do or roam around.
And I would suggest opt for only 1N in water villa just to experience it. Otherwise water villas in Maldives are overrated. You can save a lot by staying in a beachhouse rooms. Maybe that saved money can add one more day to your trip :)

@@anujdubey18 Hi.... We opted for Breakfast and dinner....all nights in a water bungalow. But i would recommend only one night in water villa. It's overrated. Stay in beachhouses and spend extra night with saved money 😀

Which water villa should i take ?
There are two types of water villas there. The four isolated villas will provide more privacy but will be expensive than the normal villas. The normal water villas are also very good. But I would recommend you go for only 1 night in water villa and rest of the nights in beach house rooms. You will save good amount of money :)

So we paid Rs. 141000 for 3N4D Water Villa package for 2 adults on Half Board basis (BF and Dinner). And it also included speedboat transfers.

Not aware of any such place. But better to buy souvenirs in Male or Hulhumale. Would be quite cheap.
