I used to be a ride operator at Blackpool pleasure beach it takes lots of training and high concentration operating these rides and making sure everyone is safe and the ride is operating as it should and everyone is having fun
It won't happen that mate these rides will always need an operator present due to ride malfunctioning , fire , or any emergency cos riders safety is key
Peoples lives are in your hands when operating a ride like this you have to watch everything and listen out for anyone in distress then stop the ride within seconds
Best ride at Goosey, that's not Atmosfear... I'm kinda gutted that the vid isn't of the time when I had an extremely long cycle, by myself! Was on it for ages before it started, too, because the guy had to fix a couple of bits of floor that were sticking up!
