If you had tried Omani food instead of Indian food, you could have evaluated it better. It's difficult to beat Indian cuisine anywhere outside of India. For example, I tried a variety of food in a 5-star hotel in Muscat which cost a fortune, and I also tried the same dish in Bangalore for 50 rupees and the latter was mind-blowing. Perhaps, as Shiva said, the spices used in Oman are different. I enjoyed watching your video, and I think you need more time to experience the beauty of the country.
