Ive been playing Gamma for about 2 weeks with no guides or anything. Wanted to go in blind as much as possible my first play through. So i now wanted to watch a tutorial. For what you have shown tought me a lot. And was very entertaining to watch. You have done a great job. Please keep up on these tutorials. Me and others will appreciate. @@dumkorph Well for me I'm basically a caretaker. My grandma is elderly, my Mom is disabled, and one of my two younger sisters is on the far side of the autism spectrum. So most of these videos/streams happen when I finally have a tiny bit of free time
06:55 Reminder that you can heal you main health by standing next to a lit campfire, so only use medkits if your in combat and desperate, also no need to use cofin dablets after yadolin if your also not in combat anymore, just run it out of your system overtime. And sleep heals limbs
Please consider doing more gamma guides, like about the artifacts: best farming methods etc. For example I usually try to struggle through and craft at least 99% Empty and Wrench before attempting Scorcher.
The funny thing about artifacts is I absolutely hate dealing with them LOL. I can definitely make a guide but I don’t ever use them in GAMMA. It’s mainly due to how grindy it is to repair the artifacts to 100%.
best artifact for Scorcher is Phantom Star + random junk artifacts to burn for powering Phantom Star. It let you skip most/all fights in Radar if you come from Red Forest entrance
Everything A class, which you can repair without a toolkit. MPs and pistols mostly. Grind missions with those, until you get the basic tools in a gold stash. With that you can repair B class stuff and so forth. Depending on difficulty, you can pick an M1911 .45 in character creation and.45 Hydra Shock ammo can carry you to Rostock easily. Hydra is expensive and the 1911 only has 7 rounds per mag, though, so you gotta be accurate. Hydra Shock shreds any monster easily, so if you find an UMP45, you're pretty much set for moster killing the entire playthrough.
Funnily enough I don't use ReShade at all. The reason my game is more contrasty is because I re-installed "Aydin's Grass Tweaks" and chose Spring Grass + Textures. There's also a file I downloaded from Hippo (Atmospherics dev) that makes the game less "depressing" looking. 19:25 Fun fact: if you turn off story mode then you dont have to turn have to turn off MiracleMachine, then nothing but heavy radiation is preventing you from going north
crafting in EFP is harder since we need to find recipes and tools is hard to find while in GAMMA crafting is more fun for progression while EPF from faction shop
This is the exact opposite of my experience. I’ve easily found tools in EFP and GAMMA also has recipes. GAMMA even has an exclusive recipe for exoskeletons that you must obtain by killing a Master or Legend STALKER.
@@Venoxium i have so much basic tools in GAMMA, while only had 1 in EFP since i need to get purple stash which rare. and in GAMMA i could easily become #1 stalker while in EFP i still in #500
LOL yeah. Slowing down my speech causes me to either stutter or completely lose my train of thought. I watch vids at 2x speed so I’d imagine I speak close to 1.5x.
I tend to use the Aydins Spring leaves and trees rather than GAMMAs default. While the depressing look is great, unfortunately it doesn’t work to well for videos. It’s a bit too dark most of the time.

To cancel out the dizziness after taking Ibu or Yadulin you can also use glucose shots!

Changing the sprint key to shift makes you way more likely to accidently shift click and drop items from your inventory
While that is true, I’ve rarely done that and the convenience of Sprint being Shift is nice
