Valerie’s Day One set up was a favorite of mine. I have that Franklin Covey Easy Plan in black as well, but in classic size. It’s a great layout with the slots, zip pocket and large side pocket. I believe Marisa Bramucci has an old video with an Easy Plan set up that’s sooooo chunky
