Many years ago the fanciest restaurant I dined at was at an amazing place called Mount Stephens in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I was so thankful to have been a guest and needn't worry about paying, because there were no prices on the menu!
I'm frm Malaysia & there are abundance of fancy restaurants & especially in KL (Kuala Lumpur). I've been to some fancy restaurants around Kuala Lumpur before & their services were excellent & top-notch. Even the staffs were looking amicable & debonair. Additionally, their cuisines were absolutely scrumptious. 👍
No 1 rule of being a good manager "hospitality", very true. So glad the waitress stood up to help the old lady. Her actions and attitude are the very definition & representation of hospitality.
He needs to do something about his hair. I usually am not critical, but he needs to do something about it, unless he is trying for a signature look, like comedian Carrot Topp.
Alexandra is a very good actress and played all her parts so well ,over 2 million subscribers Dramatize 🤗🤗 that's because you're so good ,you and your amazing team keep it up
The first rule of being a great manager is not being unmoved by the sorrow of others but showing hospitality to every visitor, the big boss was so right about this 🚢
DramatizeMe production staffs, thank you for you never fail us to show case a very functioning and credible lessons on hospitality. seeing the difference between a good and tyrant manager. as always being good receives the accolade. praises to you dear Alexandra. congrats guys for always perfecting your craft. take care always. 💖💖💖
My only issue was that instead of being fired, John should've been demoted to dishwasher so he could pay for breaking the woman's phone. Edit: How about this: Have him work as a dishwasher until the phone is paid off, and THEN fire him.
I would like to take the time out to thank you, Mr. Garry and your AMAZING CREW MEMBERS for giving us AMAZING videos on a regular basis, and for that I truly THANK YOU. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
"Hospitality..." Our friend the ex-manager and ex-bartender finally made it back to a job as manager and up to his bad ways. His hair has improved a little. And... now he has to look for another job. It could not happen to a nicer guy, NOT. Thank you for casting our friend as the restaurant owner. I asked that you make him a protagonist and the next video you did it! Marvelous! I know it does not work that way, but I am thoroughly entertained. He is a great actor. Lastly, I loved that you cast Alexandra. She brings a special presence to any role she plays. Thank you. The actor that played the mother was excellent and I really like how the character and how she was written and the two women had a dynamic between them. I really liked this story and the life lesson that hospitality is what makes the restaurant world go around. And the most successful restaurants I know, treat their customers like family! I love you guys. Stay safe.
I look forward to watching the videos and each video just gets better. Love lying in my bed eating chocolate and watching them. I live in Scotland. Acting is on point as always. This channel is the best and number 1 in my books x
Yes they are very interesting, maybe bullies can watch some of these episodes and learn something from real life actions instead of fiction from a BOOK 📚 I much prefer this to a book although I do like books also 😁🧬📖😀☺️😊🤠
You make me crying guys! Really Really Really 100 percent perfect job in all.The actor ,the message and everything.Just God Bless you guys. The good people with a big heart always win in the end . I has a story the same like this and in the end the true come out.!!!!🤲Thank you God.
Normally I don't watch videos like this till the end, but it was extremely satisfying watching the rude prick get fired. The restaurant owner's Mom should have showed her son the phone that he damaged and the glass of wine that had hot sauce in it.
I love the story which makes me inspiring in terms of treating people regardless of gender, age, color, or so. It does matter how you have good skills being a manager or status. Having a good heart is more important than your status.
A heart-warming conclusion, after an awful beginning. I don't think I've ever had an experience quite like this in any restaurant, thankfully! What a condescending individual. Glad he was fired on the spot.
Discrimination against old people, people’s color, sex, disabled people, their nationality, should all be prohibited by law and should be added to employee handbook. Please stop disrespecting your customers. Hospitality is extremely important for food handler employees.
I love it, be careful how you treat people, you can get hurt. If you give hatred you will get hatred, that you can bet on. But if you give love and kindness there is a good chance you will get it back. Charles Taylor out.
The same actor who played the good role of the manager and helping his mother/firing Ellie’s boss did a complete 180° in Monday’s video where he threatened his employee that he would get fired if he refused to give the keys to let the customer drive drunk. Karma got the boss fired & the employee who valued human life a promotion. At any rate he is a great actor. DramatizeMe has some very unique various life lessons that only teach us to do good in any situation. Moral of the story is to treat anyone and everybody no matter what with respect.
All the actors/actresses in @ DramatizeMe and @Lovebuster are great...they are excellent in acting...watching them feels like you are watching a full length movie...in just less than 20 or 15 mins they show us their acting skill...good performers and kudos to the entire crew, you are doing an excellent job👏👏👏😚🧡
Next time think twice before you judge someone based on age, gender race or skin color. In the real world you should always treat people the way you want to be treated. Show everyone with care and respect.
Dhar Mann is nothing when it compares to this channel. DramatizeMe has absolutely amazing story lines and super talented actors. Love love💜️. You guys RULE!
I never experienced this treatment when I went to fine dining restaurants in Singapore. The waiters and managers are nice people, they never think disabled are poor to afford meals there. You know the high class bar in Swissotel (5 star hotel), they treated me very well. They asked me whether I want dessert ,after I finish ribeye steak set meal and cocktail. (which cost over SGD 200)
Denying senior Citizen entry is rude and unprofessional, the staff thought she could not afford the price!! This kind of treatment will reach Management and HR's ears, the rude staff will be in for firing!!! Restaurants and diners need to treat everyone with respect, there is no excuse for such behavior!!! Hospitality and empathy is sore lacking yet again!!!
I actually kind of know how this feels. I was refused much needed services at a medical services company because I wouldn't let them photocopy my driver's license. (I showed it to them to identify myself. I showed them my two insurance cards.) My credit rating is 800 but I was yelled at and refused service by an office manager because she was worried she might not get paid. I am suing them.
I wouldn’t have that much patience if I was that old woman. Turn around, don’t go back, and share your story to everyone. That’s all you can do to an establishment who refuses you service based on how you look. I had this happen to me trying to get information about a travel trailer……the asshole had no idea how much I made a year nor what my credit was. He didn’t lift one figure to help. All he saw was 22 old looking kid who probably didn’t make more than $40,000 a year. Bad assumption. Could have had a sale but oh well.
Sweet: I have had this most of my life - I do have money enough to go to a smart place to eat, but not too expensive as it's a waste, but I am often treated badly because of my clothes ... people are ALWAYS judging a book by it's cover
Wow So interesting Story about all Management of hotels, hospitals, multiple offices And Boss . In this Video One Think Is Very Clear Boss Never Will Be Leader Boss Always Boss🎉
What's the fanciest restaurant in your area?
Many years ago the fanciest restaurant I dined at was at an amazing place called Mount Stephens in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
I was so thankful to have been a guest and needn't worry about paying, because there were no prices on the menu!
It doesn't say. It's fake anyway.
Probably the Peddler Steakhouse, though I have never eaten there. It has a really good reputation. I may have thought that I couldn't afford it.
We have Selena hotel in Kampala as one of the finest hotels in Uganda

At least that lady was honest and stood up for herself instead of letting John be mean to her
People should always be treated with kindness and respect regardless of their age treat others the way you would like them to treat you ❤
Agreed 👍

the love , kindness and goodness you put out into the world always has a funny way of coming back to you

The guy who plays as the nasty manager is an excellent actor. He likes to play the bad guy role. Good job, Dramatizeme! Y'all rule!!
Agreed 😊
AMEN 🙌
Agree
Yes he's so annoying. But I would also like to see him on good guy roles.
He needs to do something about his hair. I usually am not critical, but he needs to do something about it, unless he is trying for a signature look, like comedian Carrot Topp.
This story needs a part two with John getting rejected by those refusing to hire him after what they've been hearing about his rudeness towards others
Right
And the bond between the lady and the "new" manager continues that will carry on until her son and her manager fell in❤ 😅
@@deddyson
That would be part 2️⃣
We’ll consider that idea 👍
Sadly a video about “oh sweet justice being served, well done.” Aren’t common

I love the way these actors talk.
I'm always loving the twist. That's just shows you, to never judge a book by it's cover. Great job 👍 Gary

Could not have said it better myself.
Great video! People of all ages should be allowed into restaurants, movie theatres, etc.
They are!
Specially in this country, where everybody have a "freedom of speech."
the actresss playing ellie is a true talent with a natural beauty
Great job showing hospitality. Thanks

The first rule of being a great manager is not being unmoved by the sorrow of others but showing hospitality to every visitor, the big boss was so right about this 🚢
According to John, the first rule is what he wants it to be; he uses the phrase twice with a different rule.

Its a story but I still Felt Happy for her 🙂
If this story made you feel happy for her , then it’s a really well written story with great acting too!!!
My only issue was that instead of being fired, John should've been demoted to dishwasher so he could pay for breaking the woman's phone.
Edit: How about this: Have him work as a dishwasher until the phone is paid off, and THEN fire him.
Exactly, Nicholas Johnson 🤗🤗🤗
😂
That's a good thought.
Yep has to get her a new one might
Be the most expensive phone to bad
Absolutely, or at least be there to witness who his replacement was going to be.
Great lesson about being kind to each other

I think the young lady who played Ellie is an excellent actress. IMO if she wanted to, she could have a go at the big screen.
Thanks for sharing, Scott C 🙂
True. Ellie is fairest version or let's say 2.0 version of Angelina Jolie. In my opinion. .
I liked the old lady, a very amiable character.
Never judge a person..kindness goes along way❤
This waitress actor always adorable and good soul.
I’m so glad I am subscribed to you guys channel because you never disappoint us. Keep them coming. Much love 💙💙🔥🔥

Can’t believe how cruel this manager is he needs to learn the rule called “Respect Elderly People”
The manager got what he deserved!!!! All the discrimination towards the old lady is unacceptable.
Thank you very much for your feedback,Trần Minh Châu 👍
You should never assume, what a person can and can not do. Always treat everyone the same, with kindness 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Fun dramatization. And hospitality is important. I am amazed at how many famous and successful restaurants forget this.
