Hello World! Today’s a big day for us - we’re stoked to announce our brand new song “Traces” which is digitally available everywhere as from now!
We’re sure that some of you have questions as we have stopped our activities as a live band in 2017, so let us shed some light into the dark:
At that time we decided not to play concerts anymore and not to record another album. It was simply time for a (creative) break of uncertain duration, and with the increasing responsibilities that life brings, we all needed more time for our personal plans (family, job…). However, we have never considered this pause as the definitive end of our musical work. We were all still open for musical projects, be it with BoS or in any other form.
And as time passed by, new ideas and a new passion for our music emerged. So we started recording again. Just some demo tracks, just for fun - until we realized that we still had something to say and that we could not just stop. And the fact that we were no longer under any deadline pressure, that nobody was expecting anything, and that without concerts we could invest much more time in music without neglecting our private lives, made us realize that there is a way to reconcile all our passions.
This is also the reason why we decided not to record a whole album but a single. And the best thing is: More will follow! In the future we will record more new ideas and release them as singles as soon as they are ready. This way our fans always get something new to hear from us instead of having to wait 3 years for a new album or EP.
At this time we don't plan to play any shows though, due to the reasons mentioned above.
We hope you like “Traces” and we’re more than happy to be somehow back in the game. Stay tuned for more!

Impericon isn't really a label, but mainly a merch retailer in europe. They have also hosted bos' last single. They also do a couple of touring concerts over here

Oh man, you gotta listen to Coexistence ASAP!! Perception is probably their best work, but Coexistence is still phenomenal. I strongly feel like Traces is highlights of Coexistence all stuffed into one song. I've listened to this song like 8 times today, I fucking LOVE IT.

That was awesome. I’ve been on a perception kick lately, and this was wonderful news. Coexistence was not nearly as good, but still listenable from them. This new song was dirty though. And I feel you on the chorus, it was very strange but I can already tell it’s gonna grow on me as it did from the first time to the second time even within my first listen of the song. Great listen, and thanks for the heads up on this new track man.

I was hoping for a full re-recording of The Last Sunset. This was cool, not their best but it’s something new.
I'm glad the boys are back together. I enjoyed the track but I think a better mix could take this track up another level.
The guitars are definitely mixed more similarly to Coexistence than they are Perception, but I think I prefer them more on here than I do Coexistence. As a whole I think this song absolutely BANGS and I’m so glad that they’re back!
Last Album was 2016 Coexistence and 2017 they Broke Up, and as a big Fan, I wish that this will be their Reunion 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
They went full metalcore on this one! I liked it a lot, seems a BIT dated to me, but that's not a bad thing to me neccesarily, it just sounds like stuff I've heard a lot before, but I still think it's good!

Guitars remind me of LVNDMARKS. Dirty.
I remember picking these guys up right from the start and knowing that these guys brought the fucking 'Heavy'. It's the only way I could explain it. Not just breakdowns, but insane transitions, licks, and vocal dynamism.
Hearing this after 6 years of not listening to Breakdown of Sanity shows me that they're still bringing that fucking Heaviness.
I am so happy about their comeback. Their "Perception" is an album I could always listen to!
I thought it was ok. The chorus had actual rock vibes which was somewhat refreshing even tho the lyrics were pretty lackluster. The persistent riffs seem to be a trend with recent songs
