BTW, this kit was a sample (no box no led) and for some weird reason manufacturer couldn’t airship as its prohibited because of the batteries if not it wouldn’t have been legendary!
Hope you guys learn something and do like, share and comment with your questions and thoughts and I’ll get back to you soonest!

Interesting that your gold runners were not painted gold out of the box while other people on UA-cam seem to be painted. Thanks for the video!
Is coated (yellowish) but not gold.. there is another version that is coated gold and metallic but its almost triple the price and i believe is call the deluxe version..
Cool kit. More videos mate!
Thanks buddy!
Nice review!!!
Hi dante, i.dont use air brush, will the color pops when just using tamiya or mr hobby spray paint?
Hmm i think it would.. i’ve seen spray can modellers do wonders with model kit.. don’t see why it wouldn’t work if you apply it right... my advise is to test on plastic spoon or the runners just incase 😉
@@DanteGunpla thanks bro
Will try out..gonna get this kit tmrw.
Awesome bro
I am painting this now... which silver base did you use? I tried E7 shine chrome but... ran out... noone stocked it atm, just wondering if Gaianotes Ex-Silver will do the job. How many coats of clear red did you do? From the video looks like you go around 3 times, am I correct?
I really love this kit, not sure why Bandai can't do it, it's 99% undergated (I am yet to build the legs), comes with LED and base.
Yup is Gaianotes Ex-Silver as the paint has finer particles... so the paint job finish is smooth vs other silver which has a bigger particles.. For the clear read about 3 layers in one spraying. You can do multiple times depending on the red.. some clear red paints are bright/darker. - yea this kit is all undergated but some nubs are harder to clean up... Why bandai doesnt do it? most probably because it use more plastic material hence cost goes up? just me thinking out loud
@@DanteGunpla i found the E7 shone chrome is bright. But I am yet to try the EX silver. I tried Alclad chrome but it’s so much harder to get consistent chrome. I am using E7 clear cherry red. Little bit more pinkies with the light coat but it get really good candy red
@@steveny9972 yea to be safer use the same brand of silver/gold/gunmetal with any clear paints.. some paints doesnt mix well like mr hobby paints (crap paints)
@@DanteGunpla thanks, unfortunately the hobby shop around here is not consistent with the stock... always ran out and have to use others. I usually use mr hobby surfaces 1500. Lately been buying Gaianotes but it’s rare in here
Do you repaint the gold part? I found that default parts are well painted. Which gold do you use for this kit? Thanks before🙏🏼
Yup i did.. i used gaianotes ex gold - expensive paint but is so fineeee 😂
@@DanteGunpla I use that brand also, but it’s hard to find lately. Thanks for the info
@@TheoMarinir yup its super hard to find unless you’re at japan/korea/taiwan
Do you know what type of battery for the Arm Light?
nevermind i've figured it out
Its the BR311 lithium battery… aka fishing tail batteries
Does the paint chip off on the elbow and knee parts when you try to move it for a different pose?
Good question! No it doesn’t as i am using lacquer paint.. with multiple coating. Some kits like the Ultraman shoulders will cause too much frictions between each other. This kit is fine.. 😉
@@DanteGunpla Thank you! is acrylic lacquer tha same?
@@sohn1207 from my understanding, there is only acrylic (water base), enamel (oil base) and lacquer base (which is most airbush builder use) - not sure which brand of paint would name that 😂 is so confusing...
How do you paint?Would love to paint but didnt do before as im not a gundum collector,do i need any machines or is paint brush just fine,if use paint brush or something easy then i will get the normal one
I used an airbrush to paint the kit. You can use a hand brush but the finish wont be as great as an airbrush.. tons of video out there to go into airbrush…
@@DanteGunpla thanks, would rlly try painting it myself, hope an air brush dosent break my bank
Could you make a tutorial
Is this 1/6 scale?
Yup
@@DanteGunpla i think its 1/9
Is it difficult if you want to change the batteries?
Fairly simple i would say but the batteries may be difficult to find...
@@DanteGunpla Will removal of the pieces (e.g. face plate) damage the paint? Am considering getting the deluxe version so i don't want to risk scraping off the paint
@@dels0n usually it wont unless you were to use like a metal object to separate it... my recommendation is either your nails or a wooden item like toothpick... generally the factory plastic paint is of quality but then again i have not experience the deluxe version. This is the normal ver.
