Подойди к любому трактору и посмотри на его раму. Она вся так вырезана, до ЧПУ это делали по разметке вручную. Ничего нового, кроме автоматизации процесса, не изобретено в массовом производстве вот уже как 200 лет.

Did anyone else notice at 7:30 ,the bolt was torqued down but there was a gap between the head of the bolt and the washer??
볼트를 완전히 조이지 않고 조금씩 골고루 힘을 가해 나사산이 무너지는것을 방지 하기 위한 장면 입니다.
편집 되어진 부분을 고려해서 보시길 바랍니다.
@@__4EVER__ doenst make sense because in this technique you actually need to thighten it a little. The head needs do touch the ground to make force. Thightening little by little without it actually tightening it makes no sense. I come from the Aircraft maintenance

The one next to it has the same thing, so I assume it's on purpose? No idea why though and also not sure that it's actually on purpose of course. It could also be the case that they tighten it fully at a later stage. Maybe it's necessary to be able to do one of the following steps? Good eye though, nice catch, now I'm wondering why they do that. Anyone?

They should have a key and keyways to secure the brass ring gear to the part it rotates, especially since it can turn in both directions. The bolts will come loose and eat out the bolt holes in the brass. They cut out an operation or two to save time and money, but it is the most load-bearing part of the device. The bolts are the failure point.
Those are nord-lock washers. I don’t think the bolts are coming out. We use them at work and they are impossible to remove once tightened.
@marksworkshop8724 Any two parts held together by fasteners that are subject to torque in both directions will work loose. In the steel mill equipment arena, anything that could reverse directions was keyed. We called them high collar lock washers.
Lacks assembly quality, no torque wrenches, no oil, no shims. And also noticed that greasing point on the forks are in incorrect place, could be damaged when working on hard stuff..
