Kenya has a lot to learn from Tanzania in matters governance. Tanzania is blessed naturally and they are waking up in using the natural resources. I think both countries are doing great, but one thing we need to consider is the cost of these projects. During Magufuli's era, most of the projects were implemented with lower costs than ever b4, which I think even now most of the coming projects are following the same path (cost effectiveness). Kenya, on the other hand, they have comparative advantage in human capital, which is good for attracting foreign investment and building a thriving knowledge economy.

GDP are merely numbers on papers...it is a quntitative measure of economic growth....thats why always does not reflect the reality on the ground. Most of people do not understand the difference between economic growth/quantitative measures (GDP) vs Economic development/qualitative measure (living standard of the people)
