Dude Adrian's blues lick in this is so fucking hard!!! I've been trying to nail for like.. years. Everyone seems to have a different idea of how to play it. He does it at this perfect speed with the most subtle accents, just makes it sound impossible. Legendary.

When I can't pick something out by ear I always say "alright... I'll see what Carl has to say about this one." The girlfriend is like "who TF is Carl?" Lol
The Evil That Men Do would be great, a great song and not a lot of good lessons (if any) for the solo. I don't know why this song seem to not be as loved as the others, but it looks like an approachable solo which is pretty rare for Maiden :)

One observation: on first solo -Dave's one- the tremolo sequence is not 8-5-0-7-5-0 on «e» string five times: it's 8-5-0-7-5-0 three times, then the fourth serial is 7-5-0 two times (instead of another 8-5-0-7-5-0) and finally another time 8-5-0-7-5-0. It makes a little but great difference! 😉 🎸🎵🎶

Hey Carl quick question here, I have hard time nailing the second part of the solo (5:07) because it is a 3 note lick with 8th note rhythm. I'll naturally go back to play triplets which will sound more like the first solo. I love the effect it creates as the accent will shift every time around. Any tips on how to train that? I tried slowing down as much as I could but still couldn't quite get it, and when I speed up a little bit things fall apart.
I've noticed a lot of people struggle with that lick. Most of the time, I hear them play 15p12p0- 15p14 instead of 15p12p0-15p14p0 or the open note just sounds muted.

That's the part that I have struggled with, too. Everything else I have remembered and can play, but that lick gets me everytime.
