I think Rogue Class is great too if you’re on a budget. A menace anthem is sweet and later in the game you can get some value out of your little guys hitting with the lvl3 ability
If you're running Satoru, you're going to want to go as hard as possible. Anyone who knows what he does will try to shut him down or lock you out of your commander immediately, regardless of how you're running him.
I would also HIGHLY recommend including ramp, because sometimes you might end up hard casting some of these big bois due to Satoru getting hated off the board.

I've built a list for about $300. I'm going to put in free counter magic so it's going to go up a little bit but I can share my list with you if you'd like. You should talk to your playgroup about Proxying cards. I RAW is but if there's a printing that time shifted or looks old-school you can proxy

Include tons of counterspells and protections for Satoru.
Counters like "Unwind" are great since most people will wait until your turn to kill Satoru or unblockables.

Ill probably add ramp to this. Ive seen kalia list that do the same thing and id rather take a turn off so i can hold up counter magic.

I think it would be pretty easy to cut down the cost. Look at starting with the mana base and the threats you're sneaking in!
