My girl and I did a similar tour in Thailand when we were staying in Patong Beach, Phuket, Thailand in January 2019. The boat ride from Phuket to Phi Phi Don was bumpy as heck. So you're right about that. The speed boat is trying to cover too much ground in 8 hrs. However, like your tour Travelversity, it was too many stops with only an hour here and an hour there. Way too short. I will look for only a two stop boat tour to Phi Phi Don and one other island for a full day next time, or just stay on Phi Phi Don for two days. That way we're not rushed like we were before. We had a beautiful and a wonderful time. Two thumbs up on your video bro!👍👍

My two tips. First when ever you do a boat tour always take the biggest boat the ride is less bumpy. But many people take those small boats because they are cheap tours. Second when you are starting to feel sick put your head between your legs and both hands on your temple to get your human balance mechanism back balance. Sit in the middle of the boat or car and focus on one spot on the boat this helps alot
From what I've seen.The bigger boats are usually the cheaper ones because it's way more people and they are usually slow. The speed boat is more bumpy but gets you to the islands faster to try to beat the large crowds
