Hello Mike. What brand disc harrow do you have? That disc harrow would really be awesome if it was a double gang like the old IH Cub discs were. Those discs would really cut, especially if they had 4 concrete blocks on them. Sorry to hear about your cylinder head gasket blowing on your 214. Does anyone make a “Heavier Duty” head gasket for the Kohler engines other than the OEM head gaskets that you know of?
And they do get down a lot deeper it's just that the ground is really hard packed from driving over it and it's real muddy so I don't want it to get down into deep it'll clog up faster
Great video! I just picked up a 1979 JD 214 last night. Thanks for sharing. You have a new Sub!
Thanks
I have the blade and a John deere 214 just need the mount plate to put on my tractor
I have a 214 it came with a snowblower, mower deck, ag tires, wheel weights, 4 suitcase weights, hydraulic lift and the tires were brand new
Nice

It's a brinly disc same as what the old Cub Cadet would use I have a double gang but I am not trying to push my luck it's still pretty muddy
I think it's probably just old that or someone didn't torque it down properly I've seen a lot of them that way for the head on the 214

Do you have a part that hook up to a blade for a John deere 214 1975 for sale
