- I love intermittent fasting and have been eating mostly OMAD since June 2020. Even though OMAD is my standard, I love being flexible in my schedule and will at times have variations to keep things interesting. I have lost weight, got into a healthy weight range for my height and maintained the weight loss for over 3 years! I love to share the flexibility and peace offered through intermittent fasting.

I finished watching your interview with Ryan now. I've lost very big over last few years walking daily. I've completed walking 220K steps so far this may. Hoping to join you in the month of june. Walking challenge is always a great fun

I have a rebounder and I will be doing this challenge with you and using my rebounder and also walking outside.
I’m traveling in my Rv for May. This might be a definite challenge on travel days. 😂 I’ll try for 10,000 a day

I’m in. My personal goal for the month was 15,000 steps a day, but what’s another 1500 or so? Yesterday (5/1) was 17,186.

How are tracking total steps? I can only see daily steps on iphone
