Thank you! One question, please answer. When it's raining, pool is closed for entire day? Or it opened whenever rain stops?
Hi there! That's a good question. When we were there it was drizzling. A security guard told us kindly to leave the pool due to rain. So yes it might be closed for safety reasons. :)

Hi! Yes there is another hotel beside. They also have infinity pool if we are not wrong. We are not sure of the name though.

The pool was closed because of the rain ? Is there appartements and room hotel ? Or only apartments in this hotel ?
Hi lulu! This is an apartment hotel. So the rooms are in apartment setting. But they do operate like a hotel which includes housekeeping. The pool will be closed when there is wet weather. Hope that clarifies. 😊
Hi is this location is good to stay or bukit bintang better?
Hi! It depends on your priorities. If you want to minimize travelling time & cost to central area of KL, then bukit bintang is a better choice. We chose Face suite because of its apartment quality and amenities. 😊
