- Welcome back everyone! In today's video my buddy Wyatt and I go into some very tight creeks in search of tarpon using NLBN. It was definitely an adventure getting into these creeks with the gheenoe but we ended up having an action packed day full of tarpon! Thanks again everyone for tuning into another video and also for all the love you guys have shown me. Enjoy and I'll see you guys in the next one! Stay safe!

so sick man - i wish all the creeks in Estero Bay were this loaded. I'll be making my way down that way later this year for sure
Great fishing video PACKED with action. And that really shows that the areas difficult to get into that get no fishing pressure can be loaded with fish. Thanks for sharing your fishing expedition with us.
That’s why I make these videos. To share the beauty of the 10,000 thousand islands!
Bro great video!! Those tarpon were chewin! Gotta love creek fishing!
Creek tarpon hit different🔥
First vid I've watched of yours. Unreal, keep it up. Awesome work. I'm hooked👍🤘👍
Hell yeah. Thanks for watching!
Awesome action. It was amazing how deep you got back in the mangroves. Great video.
Thanks man! Definitely had to power our way in there at times.
Soo Awesome y’all crushed it 🔥🙌🏽
Yessir! Thanks for watching man
Wow ,I didn’t realize how beautiful tarpon are .

Really appreciate you watching!
Fire bro pump these videos out not stop you gone make it
Appreciate it man! Thanks for the sub 🤙🏼
I see you Erick! Keep the videos coming, gaining traction
That was an awesome fishing adventure and video. So much incredible action. I’m going to pay some attention to those tiny creeks around Estero Bay and see if I can find similar action. Hard work, but what a blast.
Creek fishing is a blast! They tend to always hold fish.
@@10kerick do you ever fish the Estero Bay Area? We get some awesome fishing there. I’ll be heading down from Canada on Tuesday for the winter. Looking forward to getting out. We had an amazing season last winter. Hope Ian hasn’t done too much damage to the bay.
I’ve actually never fished estero bay. I hear it’s a great fishery. I would just be cautious when navigating the water with all the debris from Hurricane Ian.
this video went hard right out the box
Thanks for checking it out!
Hey man awesome video! When is the best time of year to chase tarpon in these Everglades creeks? Appreciate the help!
End of summer is always a great time to target them in the creeks
Let me know down below what you guy’s want to see in the next video!
I use the 3" NLBN's in the backcountry and they smoke it
Definitely one of my go to lures
That was crazy fun!
Tarpon flying everywhere!
@@10kerick Awesome. I want to go inside the park but my boat is too big.
@@ranierrentas4818 Dang missing out for sure! These Gheenoes are perfect for the park!
reaper rod🔥
Best rods 😤
Im planning a trip to the 10k islands on skiff, wondering if yall bring a vhf radio or sat phone or anything like that, just want to make sure im staying safe.
I would definitely recommend you bring a sat phone. Once you get south of Chokoloskee there is no phone signal.
@@10kerick thank you! Ill make sure to pick one up. Love the vids by the way!
Thanks man! Hope you have a killer day when you fish down here!
Hey nice content. Whay size jig head do you use?
I mainly use 1/4oz
Is this off the Faka Union? Have you ever took your gheenoe to the Hidden Lakes?
No it’s not off of the canal. Ive never been back to those lakes but I definitely plan on checking them out in the future!
@@10kerick let me know and we can meet up in our Gheenoe’s…I’ve done some research!
Sounds good!
What rods do y’all prefer for this type of fishing
Ideally you would want a rod 7ft or shorter. It was tough to cast my 7’6 rod.
@@10kerick what specific rod do you or your friends use though? I’ve been using a 7ft tfo medium and looking to upgrade to something else
I use Reaper Rods. They are local to SWFL
Bullbay or st croix medium heavy
What size jig heads were you using on the 3 inch NLBNs?
I use the 1/4oz
@@10kerick nice. Thanks
What county is this?
Collier
Man. Thought y’all had to worry about spiders an snakes an shit…
There were definitely spiders everywhere
