Men. Great stuff, I've watched all your CQB vids. Please do more CQB door vids with commercial style self closing doors, with windows and without. I'm a team leader for church security and every door in our building is self closing. Thanks for your work on this stuff.
@@nickc8819 No. This vid is good, but two very common scenarios not covered ate 1. What if that door has a window and 2. What if it opened inward and had a window (like a school, church office building, or most commercial buildings typically would)?
Great video! I would be interested to see you cover stairwells/staircases, especially assaulting upwards and if the stairwell is open and exposing to move on.
Can you guys talk about negotiating doors with returns? A lot of businesses, industrial, schools, etc. have return doors, which present a unique challenge. We just ran some room clearing training and were working different ways to deal with them, and I'd love to see some commentary from you guys on the subject.
I’d really appreciate a video, or just a segment, dedicated to breaking down the pros & cons of high-man/low-man. My unit (army infantry) uses that technique a lot to negotiate corners in hallways, corridors in trenches, pretty much any linear/channelizing architecture… but… It makes me nervous. You touched on high/low in this video, but I think y’all should dedicate some more time to it. It’s a super popular technique in the Army, but I’d like to hear y’all’s perspective on it. Thanks, guys. God Bless Deo Gratias!
17:00 just curious, what about standing off to the side, reaching over tor crack the door open but not swing then get back out of the way. Letit breathe for a moment to see if anyone inside reacts, then reaching over with the muzzle of your gun on top of the doorknob to pull it open
Solid stuff man i love theses videos you guys put out they have definitely helped me heal and rethink some Cqb training scars ...........you know i never thought id be looking at real ass buzz light year teaching mfs CQB man like this mf Really be infinity and beyonding out this bitch .......good video fellas thank you.
Yo Boyz. Love your stuff and performance..or otherwise its the only english spoken stuff i can understand, coz u speak speak and more "oxford" english. i am no native speaking american. Q: From where did u get that FBI data stuff about when and why cops get shoot? my collegues throw evil laughters at me when i tell that, and say its out of my fantasy..and...this Video contains some really good streetwise thoughts. CQB isnt 100% safe-use what u have- use it with brain. there is no solution for every scenario. act principal based..uhh where are the stone plates to scratch that stuff in? ^^ ..amazing work. on of the best Door Videos
Also, I've gone through some active shooter response recently that advocated more for being on the "non-tactical" side of the door, especially on a self breach or single officer response. Pretty much, not exposing yourself to that first peek while you're still trying to get two hands back on your gun. So on a push door, approaching form the knob side, and a pull door, on the hinge side, to allow you that extra stand off time to get your weapon back up, let it breathe, and then doing your pan/pie across. What are your thoughts on this?
Some units put the door opener on the hinge side in split entry formation. Obviously you are exposing your arm and a little bit of your other body parts infront of the door for a second. Is this a method that you would try to avoid completely?
Explaining to my wife that I'm watching a 20 minute video, on techniques on how to open doors, is mint.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
same here...she: oh darling, for what do u need that? u are retiered soon...compassionate smile..went out of the room...

Appreciate you boys taking the time to share this knowledge for free! God bless!
You guys make the most end user friendly videos that make it so easy to learn from and pass along to my troops.
Thanks you guys for putting this out there for us. Yall are so efficient.

Thanks for the lesson guys!
Already liked when I heard the Grand Thumb impression 🤣

I would say it’s got almost no benefit that our ways the costs or cons. We do not use it or teach it.
I love those ending comments 😄✝️
An interesting situation I’d like to see y’all’s take on would be that if an interior and exterior double door set up.
Came away having learned something but I wish you would have included working around doors with hydraulic mechanisms
I love you guys.
We love you too
You had me at Garand Thumb.

When you guys doing a live with Matt Pranka on CQB?? Would love to see that.
Zero interest in entertaining his ego. He’s an arrogant drunk blowhard on his page, hard pass.
@@oriontraininggroupllc2782 bummer. Would love to hear the cqb debate.

It should not take you that long to get back on your gun. Fixing a problem that doesn’t really exist.
Tickling tism shirt when 🤣
Have any of you guys taken fire entering a structure before? Just curious.
Yep
Comments.
Interior door charge

Yes. But we spoke on that in the video at length.

CQB is over. Ukraine shows small commercial drones are going to wreck the infantry
The need to go into buildings will never go away. Room temp IQ take lmao
@@oriontraininggroupllc2782 ok LARPer
Cqb isn't just for war. Inside your own house, or even to get out of a structure to get to safety.
The buildings in your hometown aren't in Ukraine I'm betting
