I hope you can take away gratefulness from this video. Be grateful for the little things in life. We all can take for granted some of the things we have at times but we must put life into perspective and always try and do good around us and be kind. You never know what someone’s going through. Whether its paying for the person behind you every now and then or simply holding the door for someone it all makes a difference. I encourage you to go out and volunteer, speak your voice, and be passionate!

I just love how mature you are! Not everyone has that mindset. I’m thankful for the privilege that I have, we don’t get to choose the family we’re born into and that makes me realize how much I have that probably more than half of the people in my country don’t. Privilege is probably the most lucky thing you’ll get the moment you’re born. Just how other people complain about not having the next best thing while others worry about if they’re going to have a decent meal that day. So this thankful spirit drives me to give back to the community and help one another. You never know that small good deed could help someone out in the biggest way.

I am thankful for my parents who I could have lost this year in a car accident but they survived. I didn’t realize how much I needed them until that moment! I am also thankful for all the family and friends who were so gentle and loving during that time earlier this year. ❤️❤️❤️

Where I live we have The Children’s Hunger Project. I volunteer with them and we pack sacks of food for kids in need to take home when they leave school on fridays. The food is usually enough to last them until they come back to school on Monday. I love that you’re encouraging others to give back! Volunteering for me has made me realize how grateful I am for the opportunities and support my family has blessed me with. Not only this, but my mom has always said that the best way to cheer yourself up is to make others smile :) anyways, I love what you’re doing Ellie and keep it up!

I am thankful for the little things that go unnoticed. Clean plates to eat fresh food on, the warm socks on my feet, and the notebooks to write in while others have tree bark. We need to think about all we have more often instead of pointing out what we don't have. It's a blessing waking up every morning in a warm, cozy bed while many aren't even sheltered. And most of all, I am thankful for the opportunities given to everyone through humble people. 💕

I’m thankful for my family and everything I have. In this world there are millions of people even kids who are starving and homeless. Just being able to have a roof over my head and a loving family means so much to me and is something I’m so very thankful for. People like you , Ellie, are also something I’m so thankful for. Society is so toxic and so many celebrities / influencers promote stereotypical lifestyle but you are so very authentic and you spread so much good vibes (introducing organisations in your videos) . You’re not like the others and I am genuinely so happy and thankful that there are still good people in the world like yourself. I’ve had a rough week and my sleep schedule has been messed up and I’ve failed two of my Ap class tests. But this made me feel a lot better!
I’m grateful for my family. Over the last few years i was more focused on friends and school but this year i really learned to appreciate family and how much fun it can be to travel with them even over your friends. I just realized family is for life and my sisters are truly my best friends and will always be, I’m so grateful for them supporting me through rough times and anxiety. They make everything less intimidating because i know i won’t have to face it alone. Love them so much

I'm so thankful for all the loving family and friends that support me in everything I do. They helped me accomplish my Girl Scout Gold Award and they are helping me get through college. I use to work at a coffee house and this would happen all the time. It also helps employees get better tips so you helped more than the customer. Great job!

as cheesy as it sounds, im so thankful for my family and the people i surround myself with. last year was one of the hardest years ive ever had mentally, and i went through a lot of changes in my life by myself which was so so difficult. I’m super grateful for my family, friends, and my health (haha I’m sick rn but times like these make me even more grateful for the healthy days.
I'm thankful for many things in my life, such as my parents who have been pillars in my life and been extremely supportive with my issues with uni and eating disorders, a roof to live under and having electricity and clean water that many other people out there don't have access to. I feel like a lot of people tend to disregard the fact that we have clean drinking water, and are able to shower peacefully without even thinking about the amount of water we are using (and wasting most of the time). This is also the same for electricity - we have access to this, and tend to waste a lot of electricity which eventually accumulates and impacts the health of the Earth and environment in a more negative way. So, most of the damage is actually done by us, not by people who don't have access to such luxuries. I'm also especially thankful to have a moderately well-functioning body that is able to walk ad perform our daily functions- especially since I've recently had hip, knee, foot and brief chest pains. From these pains, I've come to realise that we should be thankful to have bodies, and be grateful to our own bodies. It is here to serve us, so we should pay attention to it and take care of it (for it to continue to serve us). Also as a result of having these pains, I've come to realise that it doesn't matter how your body looks - if you are harming your own body in the process, then that is not worth it. So, I'm still trying to come to better terms and acceptance of my body image.
We seem to take advantage of a lot things and use them mindlessly. - so I want to be able to take this opportunity to voice out some of the things I'm grateful for in this world.

Hi! I'm thankful for a lot of things actually. Sometimes we dont realize how lucky we are. I have a lovely family that has always showed support and cared for me and I know its not something a lot of people can relate to. I try to show them how much I love them because I would not be where I am without them.
I should also thank my friends since they are the light of my life. There are some people that do not have friends or a solid friend group and it is something really important. Friends can turn a sad day into a happy one.
Recently, I have been talking with an african inmigrant and it made me realize how many things I tale for granted. He talked about how he could not sleep in a bed for months and had to sleep in the floor. I had never noticed how lucky I was to have a home until I heard him. Everyday I tuck myself in my bed and sleep confortably. I had not realized that I was so fortunate to have that.
We really do take for granted so many things and i appreciate the fact that thanks to you so many people are coming to the realization that they are indeed really lucky.

If you live in Colorado Springs there’s a great ministry to volunteer at and its called CrossFire Ministries. They help people who are struggling financially by letting them “shop” for food, clothing, and toiletries based on the number of people in their family. It’s amazing.

ellie saying that she was scarred from hitting the car at in n out is literally me. a few years ago i was in my only "car wreck" so far and it was honestly a fender bender in the parking lot of a mall because i thought i had more room than i did pulling into a spot and i hit an AUDI. my car was totally fine but the audi got severely damaged and i had to pay a ton of money... now anytime i'm in the car with someone else and pulling into a tight spot i'm like "NO JUST STOP"😂😂😂

i'm thankful for my family for loving and supporting me in every way they could. To my friends who were with me throughout my journey. To my crush who never fails to make me smile everyday and for being a gentleman as always. To my dog whom I missed so much because I live in a dorm and I only see him when I'm back home. To my classmates for being a good and funny people, also we danced and had fun earlier on our PE class. We got high grades for our performance which I'm thankful for for my PE teacher. And also to the kid on our school (5 years old maybe) whom I became friends with!! Where I'm from (Portugal) we don't celebrate thanksgiving, but we really don't need that to be grateful of something, right? (: So, speaking about me, I am thankful that I have a home where to go at the end of the day, with my parents and my anoying brother *eheheh*; having Algodão (my little hamster), as our house has no room for bigger buddies; having my crew of dancers, to show our talent in competitions in our country and out, and share the feeling of nervous and hapiness on stage with them; to live in a country that is safe and full of good people!
