  • I suggest preparing cannelloni with curd filling and milk and cream sauce. The resulting dish is tender and juicy. And if you serve the finished dish with jam, jam, chocolate or berry sauce, then you can hardly refuse such yummy food.
    Ingredients:
    - cannelloni - 13 pcs.
    - eggs - 3-4 pcs.
    - sugar - 100 - 150 g
    - cottage cheese - 500 - 600 g
    For the sauce:
    - eggs - 2-3 pcs.
    - sugar - 50 - 100 g
    - cream 33% - 2 full tbsp. l.
    - milk - 2 glasses
    Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown. I baked for approximately 40 - 50 minutes.
    Let the dish cool and cut into portions.
