for General fever you can give him dolo650( paracetamol) and ampilox (antibiotic) ,only if it's general like it happens in India during weather changing times 😅

I know he grown up out of india + he is studying there, but I see lots of Indians kids in foreign they r still preserving their culture n tradition coz after some time this beautiful tradition will be disappear frm india which will be very sad for world

Second, Americans don't have enough immunity, and antibodies to protect themselves even from normal fever or illness because of USA's bad lifestyle(so called luxury lifestyle).. This lifestyle making US citizens so lazy and weak that's why they got ill very easily. (I know it's also because of change of atmosphere (from US to India) but what I said above, it's a fact.

And wrap Wet Clothe on Ankle area with small fan towards leg . Damn sure he'll be alright in 6 hours without medicine.. I had 103°F .. It's most effective way
