Hi dr V. Its an amazing video. Will definitely follow the layering routine as you mentioned in the video. The products that i have purchased and will start from next week most probably because they still needed to be delivered by end of this week. I will mention the products that I will be using now and will share the results too. These products are my favourite and affordable at the same time.
AM: Preventative
Step 1: Cleanse: Simple refreshing face wash
Step 2: Toner: One thing centella toner
Step 3: Essence: Snail mucin essence cosrx
Step 4: Moisturizer: Cerasoft
Step 5: Sunscreen: Plum 2% niacinamide + rice water sunscreen
My PM routine: Treatment
I will double cleanse at night
Step 1: First Cleanser : Conscious chemist oil Cleanser
Step 2: Second Cleanser: Simple refreshing face wash
Step 3: Toner: One thing centella toner
Step 4: Exfoliating using chemicals exfoliater : Suganda Mandelic acid 5% exfoliating serum. Its a leave on serum. After 15 minutes i will apply other products (mentioned as per their instructions on how to use it)
Step 5: Essence: Snail mucin essence
Step 6: Serum: Clearing serum from deconstruct which has 2% alpha arbutin and 5% niacinamide
Step 7: Moisturizer: Cerasoft
So, this is going to be my skincare routine now. So, I will definitely give you the update after a month on how my skin feels and looks. By that time, do you approve this skin care routine dr. V?

I find vitamin C to be the trickiest to layer. I like products with multiple ingredients to reduce the number of products I use overall

Hi Dr V, could you please clear up a question I have, a question that most derms offer differing opinions on! Should you wear sunscreen under or over make-up? Also, is it ever a good idea to mix sunscreen with your moisturiser or with your foundation?

Hi Dr. V I was prescribed tret and clindamycin for my acne by a dermatologist. 1) I haven’t seen much results in almost a year. And 2) I was wondering if clindamycin is safe/good to use after cleansing in the am with benzoyl peroxide?

Oils and essential oils are two different things. Essential oils should not be used on the skin as they are irritants and sensitizers. She's made videos on recommendations for hydrating oils

Can you do reviews of all hybrid sunscreen? Like mineral + chemical.
For some of us, only mineral tinted sunscreen is not an option bcoz it doesn’t math skin tone, looks like foundation type feeling on skin abd multiple layers throughout day makes it worst.

Im medium brown skin and I’ve always got a dark spot every time I got and pinched a pimple but was able to lightened it up fast with any OTC 2%hydroquinone. The fact that she’s only 12 and this is been going on for 2 get yrs now, I suggest you to take her to a dermatologist.

No. Max is 2% for skin of colour.

Could you please do an updated video on chemical sunscreens you would recmmend for black skin.
