    Serves 5-6
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Milk 1 Litre
    -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
    -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
    -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
    -Raisins(Kishmish) washed 1 tbs
    -Coconut Slices
    -Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom pods) powder ½ tsp
    -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
    -Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 40g
    Directions:
    -In a wok,add milk,bring it to boil & cook for 2-3 minutes until milk thickens.
    -In frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt.
    -Add cashew nuts,almonds,raisins,mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
    -Add fried nuts (reserve for later use),sugar,cardamom pods,mix well and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between.
    -In frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt.
    -Add vermicelli and fry for 2 minutes.
    -Add fried vermicelli,mix well and cook for 4 minutes.
    -Add kewra water,mix well & cook untuil desired consistency.
    -Garnish with fried nuts,dried rose petals & serve!
    Recipe in Urdu:
    Ajza:
    -Milk 1 Litre
    -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
    -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
    -Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
    -Kishmish (Raisins) washed 1 tbs
    -Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom pods) powder ½ tsp
    -Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
    -Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 40g
    Directions:
    -Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur 2-3 minutes kliya garha ho janay tak paka lein.
    -Frying pan mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Kaju,badam,pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya fry ker lein.
    -Fried nuts (reserve for later use),cheeni aur elaichi ka daane dal ker darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
    -Frying pan mein desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Sawaiyan dal dein aur 2 minute kliya fry ker lein.
    -Fried sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Kerwa water dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein.
    -Fried nuts & dried rose petals sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
