Blaming Amazon shows how unfit for office he is. A complete pleb.
I watched a bit of Mainstream News this morning, with a labour MP and another (unsure what political party) The first things they rushed to we're:

Access to Violence

Deliberate, unholy levels of gaslighting. He knows it's complete BS (but tbf, they have years of evidence in feeling enough of the general public are stupid enough to buy into 'authority' statements).
@@bouldy2 Given all of those are available to all demographics, why is it only a couple of them that are the majority perpetrators of these acts?

The Southport Monster (who Mr S & his puppet BBC seemed so keen to say was a Welsh Christian schoolboy)

Spot on 🎯
Stop letting them get away with it. Hold them accountable.
Hold every politician to account for what has happened to the UK since the empire windrush
How?
I must have misunderstood police powers for many years. I believed that a police officer decides the grounds and reasons for a person's arrest, and this covers the offence or suspected offence. No one can order or direct who or when a person should be arrested by a police officer - it is the officer's discretion, based on the available facts and evidence apparent to the officer.
I suggest that CPS (or whoever) giving the direction to the senior police officer about the offence(s) for which this suspect had been arrested were potentially interfering with the course of justice. I welcome BBB's thoughts on this aspect of the decision-making process of police officers. After all, the SIO makes their decisions, records those decisions, and must provide their rationale for those decisions.
In my humble view, Starmers statement was very much a lawyer summing up before the jury goes out of the room to deliberate. The problem that Starmer (and the rest of the government) hasn’t grasped is that the Jury aka the UK public has opened its eyes and has given its verdict months ago.
Thank you for working through and presenting this perspective. As you point out, you’re not MSM thank goodness.
‘Failure’ is the key word here.
'Failure' suggests 'good intentions' - that's a LIE. This Gov't has absolutely NO 'good intentions' towards indigenous citizens or this country. This is all BY DESIGN, including ensuring that this monster was never arrested despite his many previous offences.
Deliberate failure
Thank you again for this excellent and very informative review Daniel and showing the example of a main stream media reporting very differently on another case.
People are apalled by this heinous crime, it is simply so awful, that it is hard to digest. I cannot imagine how the families directly affected feel.
People are angry, because a much better & accurate summary could've been been shared back in the summer.
The public did not expect all details to be revealed to risk the jeopardy of the court case, but to be told a true outline of the case.
People are generally angry, as feel that they had been gaslighted, lied to, and being let down by the authorities.
Could there really have been any doubt that Axel Rudekabana would go to trial and be found guilty when he was captured at the scene of these horrors ,knife in hand and with multiple witnesses? What information could have jeopardised the outcome? I don’t understand.
You misheard. What information will jeopardise Starmer and Labour
I saw a discussion about capital punishment recently, with objections to it...
But in cases like this - where we've definitely not got the wrong guy and the guy himself won't defend his actions... then why spend £52,000 a year to house, feed and warm this cretin?
In fact, something tells me he'll be considered a high risk prisoner, which probably means we're paying much more than that each year.
Three young girls lost, potentially, 70 years of life each.
Families ruined for the rest of their lives.
But we best make sure tax payers can support this guy 🤦🏻♂️

No one does, it's just a starmer shut it down comment as usual? 😢😢
So now Starmer will use this as an excuse to inconvenience the innocent and introduce further restrictions in the name of our safety.
There is also another classic case, which still has to come to trial, that of the incident at Manchester Airport. Not only were the details available of those involved but they appeared openly in a press conference with their lawyer. Plus of course the video evidence of the incident was shown widely and can still be seen. If that case is not prejudiced when it comes to court then that will clearly show Starmer was wrong in his statements.
Three weeks ago the FBI said that a man that drove a truck with an ISIS flag through a crowd had no links to terrorism. A week earlier, German authorities told us that a man that drove through a Christmas market had mixed ideologies. And, of course, ‘Welsh choirboy’.
This pattern of responses has nothing to do with Contempt of Court laws.
You are right of course, but why are they doing this? No matter what the label it’s still terrifying. Do the powers that be think we might do something if they label it ‘terror’?

The judge ultimately bypassed the question of terrorism in his summing up, so no use to withhold information. Don't really know how such a case in broad daylight might be put at risk anyway..
For this government, truth = hurty words
But but, without 'Double Standards' he wouldn't have any standards at all!
😂😂😂❤❤❤
As always. Very informative... thank you
Thank you commander for what you have done here. It is highly significant that you and other barristers are giving commentary.
100% agree. I am loving the legal experts challenging this utter nonsense
I am appalled that he wasn’t treated as a terrorist! The legal guidelines need to change!
What difference would it make? Genuine question - not looking for an argument.
Lesson learned. Don’t watch sky news or phone in. They don’t actually want your opinion.
Very informative thank you
Public Inquiry = Cover up.
A lot of officials paid a lot of money for the same outcome and nothing learnt..
If you tolerate this, then your children will be next

Notice how the rape gangs story as gone quiet ❤
Not on GB NEWS fortunately, they won't stop unless they get stopped!!
There is a connection between the Southport murders and Muslim rape gangs, and that is a racist hatred of all things British.
One thing gets replaced with another in the legacy news cycle - not the same on social media - that’s why governments hate SM.
Whats the law regarding being forbidden to ask questions in Parliament considering MP's right to parliamentary privilege?
Can the government be taken to court over this in the way Boris was litigated against over the proroguing of Parliament?
Keir Starmer was very worried about Boris having a party during covid, but does not worry about much more important things.
@@ianrichardson9950and Keir was doing the same with beer.
The attack was clearly a terrorist act. Starmer said on 21 Jan that "it was clearly intended to terrorise". The fact that the CPS did not have evidence of motivation to allow a charge under a particular section of the Terrorism Act doesn't change the fact that, in common parlance, it was an act of terrorism.
I want to know what involvement Starmer had in supporting the case for Alex's father, if any, to settle here. So far I have heard no rebuttal that he was his HR lawyer.
Thank you I think you have absolutely and accurately callled out everything that was so wrong about how this case was directed by those in positions of power.
In my view an horrific and devastating set of events made worse by not releasing the full story.
two tier justice is multifaceted
