2 bedroom, 1 bath 784 sq ft unit with a good sized, fenced yard. The unit will be ready May 1.
Rent is $950/mo, with a $1000 deposit. Tenants are responsible for power, garbage and the first $75/mo of water bill. Owner pays the balance.
To qualify, the minimum combined income requirement would be 3x the rent, or $2,850/mo. We’re looking for a good rental history and clean criminal background check. Sorry no pets.
