Holy COW! My family lived in the Paradise Estates park as caretakers back in the early 80's! Your video just brought back a ton of memories! I spent so many hours bass fishing in the 'lagoon' that you show at the beginning of the video.....

How much do you believe this renovation to cost?

most of this place will need teardown to the bare studs and insulated then sheetrocked. and a new roof. both chimneys are unrepairable. looks pretty obvious that animals are running free around the place by looking at the doors. garage is a total loss.The plumbing and wiring was done by an amatuer i know because i was once one and my first house rewire job looked a lot like that on a good note, the basement doesn't show signs of flooding or water damage. All told...it's worth about $89,000
