Vertical stirrups are used for shear force, main reinforcement bars are used for resisting bending moment.. Shear force is maximum at the supports and minimum at the centre, so we provide more stirrups near the support region and minimum in the centre region..that's why less spacing is provided near supports and maximum spacing at the centre for stirrups

in the last calculation of finding cutting length formula, hook length is supposed to be 9*dia of stirrups but u have used 10* dia of stirrups. Why did you use the latter and not the former?
If grade of concrete will be m20 and we will use 16 and 12 mm stirrup then what should be the development length

There is something error in nominal and clear cover. Actually I read in many books that nominal and clear cover is same. Please clear about that.

sir, what is the reason for deducting 45°bends at inner side and two 90° bends at each corner. but according to IS code deduction is not made in formula i.e 2(A+B)+20xd.
