John, Archery is like fishing or golf. If you need to relax play the game for fun. shooting your bow should relax you at the end of the day. Sure there is room for improvement. But if you use the whole day to challenge yourself you will lose. One thing at a time. When your ready for an archery lesson LMK. Congrats on your win.
