20b rotors OEM Cosmo 1990 to 95, same as rx7? what's different, how to identify them - KMR Rotary

    Thanks for another really informative video.
    Have had to explain this a few times over the years to clarify the misconception that 20B and FD rotors are the same.
    Would be really interested to see a comparison of early FC NA vs late FC NA rotors. Have never had an opportunity to compare the two side by side.

    Damn seeing those gram weights written on the rotors makes me wish I had done the same when I started my 20b project in the mid 2000's. Since I'm NA, I installed 9.7 rotors from the 89-91 as they are supposed to be the same general weight. My 20b had all C weight rotors, so I just matched the "C" to all three 9.7 FC rotors. Wish I had measured the weights back then to compare because I sold my original set of 20b rotors back then to use the money for the project. 😞 I really don't think my engine is as balanced as it should be.
