- Here is a short video of us dyno tuning the Vulcan VN900.
With our Big Air Kit and Exhaust system for the VN900, we were able to gain +25% more power to the wheels. Very impressive gain.

bike looks awesome! what type of FI settings did you go with to get the best results on the dyno? I've got the baron BAK and the baron hack n slash mufflers on my 900, with a cobra fi2000. bike ran great with the exhaust mod, but since I installed the BAK and programmer i've lost a lot of power. thought it might be running too lean, but lower pot settings seem to work better. currently at 1,1,1 any advice?
Yeah, they're junk. Tosels those modules in the trash. There isn't a good one for this bike
I've tried 2 across the settings for each add on or air upgrade so 4.4.4 should run better

Hmmm, by the papers, VN900 should have 50hp and 59ft from the factory. So impressive gain, but thanks to these changes it actually finally have what it should from the beginning.
matyxcz That was measured at the crank. They measured it at the wheel. So you have drive line loss.

I put Vance and Hines exhaust on my vn900. I love my bike but once in 6th gear it seems like the bikes screaming at me and I’m always searching for 6th. Would going and having this done help with my bike? I have no clue about mechanics sorry
No... only thing you can do is change your front and back pulleys.....
Switch up to a 200/70/15 rear tire. It will drop your RPMs.
How much did you end up spending for that upgrade?

That's what I thought but saw the bike on another forum he says it's a 21 made from ridewrightwheels.com and I believe it's been lowered to
