I got to meet Frankie thru my aunt Kim Weston and he was just the nicest guy, and i never got to meet Marvin, but meeting Frankie was just as cool as meeting Marvin would have been Rip Frankie, and Mary
This was a treasure to discover. Long ago Marvin Gaye and Mary Wells recorded an album with their duets featuring the song titled "Once Upon A Time." After Marvin passed Mary was in England and recorded a remake of "Once Upon a Time" with Marvin Gaye's brother Frankie. It is such a happy and pleasing tune.
Given my history and my pedigree and who I've worked with, I am seriously deeply insulted by the question. I wish people would do a little homework before coming out with stuff like this, I really bloody do.
AWESOME! AWESOME! TUNE!
