It took me a while to get the differnce of clip in and screw ins, but if you look at the housing for screw ins, it takes up more space for the screw holes where o rings are place. Clip in having small clips means it can have the o ring flush with the housing.

I love the sound test where the keys pop in with each button press, that's amazingly done, love the attention to detail. Anyone that creates videos themselves knows how time consuming these small things can get. Keep it consistent and I guarantee that you'll get your deserved reach in notime!

I'm not sure what you mean by websites that are a must, but if you just mean reputable websites to buy from, there is of course QWERYKeys.com, the selling this board. NovelKeys.com is one of the best sites and constantly have sales. Drop.com is a much more...commercial site, and I would stay away from most of the keyboards on there, but some of the keycap sets are nice. deskhero.ca is super expensive and everything is marked up, but sometimes you can't find keycaps sold anywhere else so if you're desperate for a set that's a place to check.
I have to imagine those novelties aren't meant for f-row OR numbers. It must just be the F-row as on an F12 TKL that would be a contrasting accent color for the top row. It just so happens to be R1 because it's R1, but I don’t think they considered the number row at all otherwise you would have an alternative lighter hyphen-minus & equal as well ( as well as maybe light R1 nav alternative keys e.g., home), which I'm sure weren't included due to your not using them. Yeah it would've been nice if they'd considered the number row as well for smaller layouts & novelty enjoyers though
