      There are other guys renovating a french chateau. Always let people believe they do that for their own living dream and now it's finished they sell it. I wonder when all the patreons realize that they throw their money in a developer... Crazy Crazy.
      I would never believe that our two cuties here sell it, but if they would, I would lose my believe in mankind. 🥴😁

    • @JodytheBrien
      @JodytheBrien Рік тому +7

      @@jorgschwantje1239 I wouldn’t mind, they are renovating it to a very good standard. There aren’t a lot of people with skill and taste who will put all the effort, time and money needed to do this. It’s almost like crowd sourcing restoration. But a château for this size and age will never be ´done’ and they may want to move on one day if it becomes to much. Not that I wouldn’t be horribly sad if that were to happen.

    I had a wonderful mother-in-law also. She was incredible and our children adored her. We lost her to breast cancer. She was ready to pass over as after five years of surgeries, chemo, and radiation, the doctors could do nothing else for her and even with pain meds she was suffering so. We all told her it was fine for her to rest now and said our good-byes but we, I, miss her so much. I’m so thankful for all the years I had with her love enveloping me. This was a really nice video.

    A decade past, I was like Philip, embarking with my sweetheart and our two daughters across Southern France in a rented car. The landscapes of Provence mirrored the very scenes you've captured in 2023, as if your lens transcended time. Life brimmed with sweetness and pledges of tomorrows. Alas, destiny wove an alternative tale, leaving me all alone today. Thus, I extend profound gratitude for upholding the dream, for affording me the chance to relive those cherished moments anew.

    Oh, Benoit… You must heal completely & return to work to keep Philipp in check 😂 because otherwise who would boss him around in an appropriate manner? ❤ Bless you for being such a lovely, charming and knowledgeable chap!

    To paraphrase Anna, this video is magical. It brought back so many memories. Having lunch in the courtyard in Avignon, walking across the Pont du Gard, sitting on the beach in NIce. Driving the wrong way in a bus lane trying to find the train station to turn the car back in.. In my superb/reprehensible French, we stopped and asked a road crew, "Ou est le gare?" In perfect English, one of the crew said, "It's just over there on your left." I love the French. Looking forward to another trip to France this fall.

    I was carted around the South of France a lot as a kid, you seem to have visited a lot of the same places my parents took me to. Hopefully your girls will remember more of your trips than I did of mine.

    That makes me cry, the generosity to a beautiful friend… that is everything… so good the girls have a history lesson while they have fun…
    Now if you want good beaches, you have to come to Brisbane…
    I go up once a week, still pinch my self as it’s so beautiful, even have a board and I’m 72….
    You live in amazing place, you are extremely talented…
    I loved the garden… what a pleasure to walk with the gardener telling you about the plants…
    Well done….

    Really enjoyed visiting there 13 years ago at this exact time of year! Sad, it was our last trip to Europe as my husband suffered a stroke on April 30th, 2010. We loved seeing it
