That’s really cool. I have a video of a lingcod hitting a bobber off the jetty, so I’ve been thinking about going back to target them with topwaters.
Northwest Open Season a ling cod on topwater! Now were talking.
years back we got into a wide open surface bite in Neah bay...its a shame we didn't have that gear. One buddy grabbed his 6/7 weight lami fly rod and flipped a shrimp fly out...next thing you know we had 4 rods out trolling unweighted shrimp flies and limited in 20 minutes...crazy fun
