Happy friday thanks for putting out these videos. I like the longer ones it means longer before I need to go scrolling through my feed to find something else to watch !
Scanner second loose Part: when I can, I try to do something like stretch wrap the loose part to the unit, or bag any small parts and stretch wrap the bag to the unit. I sell a lot of long tail items, so it’s easy to forget there might be a booklet or other accessory to include.
Loving these!! And bonus…no football! Love to the Queen! THE Christianna of course! I request dictionary readings. Any version. But the older phone book was fun!
eBay is just as bad on that one. I had something returned two separate times because the buyer did not read or look at the pictures. I did change it to not accept returns, but it was a cheap item. Spent more on all the shipping than the item even sold for.
Camera Work Horse: your beat up old camera reminds me of an 18volt Cordless DeWalt Hammer Drill I found in a storage unit clear out. Same battery as I used, but way to worn and ugly to resell, like many of the DeWalt tools I routinely sold back when their 18 volt tools were the new rage. It had be painted pink, had an extremely worn body and smelled like ozone when the trigger was pulled. It looked to be on its last leg. I told myself I’d keep it until the motor failed and use it on outside projects when it was raining, to preserve my own drills. Well, that beast must have lasted another 7 or 8 years, with nearly constant use. It finally went to an auction in a big box of other tools, when I relocated. Looks can be deceiving.
My Aunt was a HUGE Beta fan. She had models from many different years. When we did the estate sale, we sold EVERY one. She had a more modern one like you featured today. When I looked up sold comps on Ebay, it showed them selling for around $300-$350. So, being an estate/garage sale, I priced it for $150. It FINALLY sold on half price day. I'm sure it probably went on Ebay as well. I'm happy to cater the the picker, though. I was just shocked that even the OLD Beta's sold and were sought after. Thanks for the daily videos...I LOVE THEM!
@connieholdren6534 I have a Beta but not in working order also a lot of Beta and VHS tapes I cannot view .I hang onto them as 1 day I might convert some of the off air recordings to digital. The programmes I would like converted are not movies or TV dramas these can be found somewhere on line .
Haha! After an early morning start and a day of sun and wind at the market, I returned home to a new Rabbit upload. I watched up until about the 3rd or 4th Avenson, when I fell asleep! Quality viewing. I restarted watching after a 3 hour sleep. Who would have thought the phonebook action could get any better? 1908! Wizard suggestion Vans!
Maybe shrink wrap or bag items to keep all parts together? And maybe hire someone to organize your inventory..,fold and bag clothing and number it? It seems highly inefficient when pulling. Don’t blame staff…train them and be an example. Lots of good UA-cam videos on how to organize inventory…this is more of a how not to 😂. And… you could fill the whole reorganization project, which would be very popular. I’m sure.
Were there ever houses on the land where your warehouse is? If so perhaps there is a phone book you could read for that locality . Although the phone book you read from is 20 years old , there is a possibility that some of those people could still be there .
Not likely. The building was built in the 50’s and most of the village was farm land before that. Could have been an old farm house at some point with the highway across the street, but it’s not likely.
That HX90V has a premium because it has an electronic viewfinder which I assume you never use judging by how your camera is all kinds of messed up where you make it pop out. The HX60V does not have a viewfinder, is cheaper and has an additional 2 whole megapickles.
@serve088 Because eBay listing, sorting and shipping is a lot of time and effort. Plus everyone works the warehouse sales and on-site auctions which is an extra person to make those now efficient. John wouldn't be using his listing right now if there was an eBay guy.
Every time you pull something from one of the pink baskets I keep thinking it’s still going to be makeup!😹😹😹😹😹
That was a very pretty globe in the auction. Too bad I'm 7 (?) timezones away. Hard for me to come pick it up
It's nice to see one area of eBay is organized

This is great lol Reading the phonebook lol Oh my lands Made my night Enjoy your time away and I will look forward to Mondays video
Amazon really does it's sellers dirty. You shouldn't be responsible for accepting returns if the buyer didn't read!

Not just Amazon. eBay and even the credit card companies are all stacked heavily to the buyer
I’ve been watching you for years, your sense of humour is great… Thank you, you made my Christmas extra special. ❤❤❤
We put multiple items that are sold together in large resealable bags (from Uline but I'm sure lots of options) so they all stay together
A few claps 👏👏👏👏 to longer vids!!!!

That phone book is a piece of history 😮
Another fun fact, that pottery barn american eagle piece was once a shipping station.
The problem with used items on Amazon has to be the stock photos, as Rabbit said. People buy what they see, not what they read.
Great work! thanks for the tips! keep kill'n the game!
😂 phone book…classic! Thanks John 👏👏👏
How about a full warehouse tour, or at least as full of an updated one as possible. That's a solid 100 minutes probably.
I posted one of those last December
I bet you have some product manuals sitting around the place that might be a fascinating read.
But that would be a man reading directions so that’s not going to happen.😹😹😹😹😹
As a teen I added my name to the yellow/white pages for the same phone number as my parents, made me feel like an adult 😂
Day 2! Making it happen! Greetings from the other side of the lake.
Were there ever houses on the land where your warehouse is?
If so perhaps there is a phone book you could read for that locality .
Although the phone book you read from is 20 years old , there is a possibility that some of those people could still be there .
The likelihood that you read out the address of someone still living there and that they are also a viewer or someone knows them is a very faint one.
Not likely. The building was built in the 50’s and most of the village was farm land before that. Could have been an old farm house at some point with the highway across the street, but it’s not likely.
What is wrong with me that I sat through the phone book reading…lol
Fire insurance and typewriters? What an odd combination. Bet you thought we weren't still watching.

Does anybody even use the viewfinder on a camera? I figured those went obsolete when they put screens on them lol
Nice video..best part was the end
I guess the phone book is better than the dictionary.
Could you read us “ Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer “? That’s my special request 😅
Hahahaha the ending is so classic 🎉❤
Reaches into a basket but doesn't take out a Stila product.
Can't you put the word "used" in the title of the Amazon listing?
That was invigorating
yaaaayyyy this is a comment
❤❤❤
Hi Christianna
@@cindyroach9503 hi!
I cant tolerate singing toys.
lmao Why are you reading the phone book? Making your video longer?
I would think ud have better things to do 😢. reading the phone how sad
Wassup
Not that many orders would have expected more👍
You still haven't found a new eBay guy?
Why pay a new employee while adding headaches if you don't have to.....
@serve088 Because eBay listing, sorting and shipping is a lot of time and effort. Plus everyone works the warehouse sales and on-site auctions which is an extra person to make those now efficient. John wouldn't be using his listing right now if there was an eBay guy.
@serve088 point being that it doesn't add any headaches but reduces other headaches.
Waiting for the right person
@@nickmoney training a new employee and making sure they don't make too many mistakes is a big headache

Who are we doxxing today ?
I am one of your biggest fans but that was so hard to watch at the end. Not sure who requested that but they should be blocked.
