I have the LVS 34. I have the hardest time finding my jig. Going to try the bead above the split shot. I mainly fish High Rock. Buddle Creek area. What are you running your gain at ? Really like your videos, thanks!
@@ClaudeSluss Gain changes depending on conditions. Usually around 63. Check out my new video I posted this morning. I go over my settings. Thanks for watching!
Good tips and reminders. Been enjoying your videos. Would love to get some details on your livescope setup. What graph you running and how do you have it mounted? I like that height.
@@anthonycooperrrt6175 Welcome from Georgia! Not familiar with that lake but most people in the south will start to see fish moving toward shallower water. Right now look in 15-25 feet. Check points and and brush piles in that depth. Bridges are a good place to look as well. Thanks for watching!
I've been using the Thump Gel. A few months ago, my wife and I pulled the boat to a lake with cabins, and it rained the whole way over. My jar of chartreuse crappie nibbles lost the lid, and the wind-blown nibbles were all over my boat, getting wet and dissolved. Those crumbly nibbles were even under my console. I took my wife and our Jack Russell out for a boat ride, and the dog got under the console, coming out with chartreuse spots all over him. I'll never buy another jar!
20lb braid and you're breaking off? Somethings not right, is it slipping out the eye of the jig, is your knot coming loose or what? No way it should actually break
@@crappiemoment I supposed old line could, but realistically probably one need to pull off 20' and keep going. I run between 10 and 15lb braid, never broke one.
@@crappiemoment copy that. One other thing, sometimes if there is paint in the eye of the jig I can be sharp depending how she when it was removed. Good luck.
Great info and footage! I like the idea that the bead helps show where your line/bait is.
@@randydykes1972 Appreciate the continued support! 🎣🎣

Nice catch as always. If you will show the jig they started bitting
@@donnyroberts3002 Thanks. Changed a lot. Hottest was electric Chicken and Cajun Cricket.
When not biting too good, add sparkle crappie nibble.. BOOM

I hear ya. Been a while since I've used a nibble. Been using bait pop. Works great.
Why is the Brad breaking? Love your vids

@@elkbow I tried that today and it still was breaking off. So I'm going to re-spool. I think I'm going to try some no fade braid.
