I just watched your Netflix documentary, when I was 17 and I got in a car accident and a girl passed away, The very same year I broke my back skiing and got paralyzed from the knees down, after that I got addicted to my pain medication. I am now training to try to be a professional Arm Wrestler and watching Your documentary, motivates me to see that I can keep going like you did, you are an inspiration to me God bless you brother.
I did snowboarding one time (similar risk to skiing I'm sure), and decided never again. Instinctively knew I'd end up hurting myself badly if I continued down that path

Full recovery? Did you not see him having a ton of pain with his quad not even half way through the workout? He spent more time stretching than lifting. I wish him the best with all this crap but he’s certainly not fully recovered.
@@icantstandsbmm8880 the injury is fully recovered or he wouldn't be training. It's the range of motion and flexibility that is now the problem and will take a lot of stretching for a long time to get it back to were it was. But in terms of the injury it's self he is fully recovered
Had one of the best days of my life hitting the beach and that gym back in 2017 I think it was.

I Feel you on the quad Calum. I tore my quad off my knee and broke the top part of my knee as I crashed to the ground. Its been 3 years now, and its still not the same, but like you I keep going to the gym and rolling with the punches. Thanks for the motivation with your videos:)
