This may vary between series but in our case the auto crossmember was able to be used with this gearbox without any modification. The actual rubber mount itself was not. For reference this car is a series 2 r34 made in 2000

With all new parts like I listed it can be anywhere from 6k to 8k. Prices constantly change and can save money buying parts second hand. Best bet is to call Kudos up when you want to do a conversion and they'll get you a quote with current prices and the full breakdown
