Those two had super hot chemistry, with their limited amount of screen time. But nope, there wasn't enough Jacob... Ben Affleck pouted throughout the whole thing... And wow, the ending was terrible.

The main problem was the Vic/Melinda marriage. There was nothing compelling about it, just two screwed-up people who never should have been together. I find it disturbing how he manipulated the daughter into being on his side. I would've preferred a plot where Melinda and Charlie were on the run from Vic or something.
I actually didn't like unfaithful. I've only seen it once and that's it. I never quite understood the ending but what I could never I understand about the movie. Diane Lane made an excellent performance but I was shocked and a bit appalled when they gave her a Oscar for best actress for it. She did do a good job acting but not NEARLY as good for a Oscar. It's not because of the subject matter, but I've watched Oscar winning and worthy performances. That ain't it. I can most def say Glenn Close now she gave a definite Oscar worthy. But that's just my opinion.
