Getting out of military someday and planning to settle in Cambodia 🇰🇭 🙏 it’s nice to see what’s available, thank you!!
The one for $180 is a fantastic bargain and looks pretty nice.
Unbelievable value.
Your English is excellent.
Thank you for sharing this with us!
I appreciate the good information. I hope to visit next year and investigate the potential of making Cambodia my retirement destination.
Your English is very good and your voice is kind.
I thought the same and "snap" as I too will visit next year to see whether Siem Riep could become my new permanent retirement destination. A musician friend from the U.K. is there now and has been providing good reliable insight. He shared last week that including Rent he is spending $650-$700 a Month and described that amount only allows for a very basic foreigner standard of living in Siem Riep and by that he means he wont starve but equally he cant afford to have health insurance, cant enjoy any of the night life or eating at western food establishments and in his opinion a foreigner would need a regular Monthly income of around $1200 to enjoy a real nice apartment and participate more in all Siem Riep has too offer. I was telling him about an English Teacher from U.K. who is there now looking for work and I couldn't but not recognise the parallels in that Teachers and Musicians are in abundance and although both there because of the location, weather, adventure of it all, enough of both professions are there for the same reasons and both finding it difficult to land long term stable income and not just volunteer work or in his case invited to play for a free drinks but not hard cash. Fortunately you and I will have our Monthly pensions to sustain us and it is this that I believe will make a potential life in Siem Riep a different experience to that of those who are not certain when the next income will come which can be daunting knowing rent etc is a known recurrence. Great is to hear that one can rent a scooter up to 150cc with no need of a driving licence (even although I have one) and although you need to be careful a great means of getting around, unfortunately my mate said he had to stop renting one to save money but I myself might be up for buying one 2nd hand as I love a scooter as a means of transport and discovering places. Maybe bump into you when I get there, you take care and all the best for your retirement.
Very good job ..appreciated
I love to listen to you talk.
Very cute!
New subscriber from South Africa, I'm coming soon as an English teacher(khnyom gruu). I can speak basic Khmer..
I just subscribed this channel.
Thank you for the great viideo. This is the kind of information I had been looking for. I have been retired in Thailand for ages. But I am always keen to have an back up plan. For when Thailand might introduce unfriendly laws to foreign retirees.
Thank you for this useful information! But why there are not any new videos from your channel?
The bigger room is very good price
save this for me
Thanks for the video, very informative. Just one little detail... I didn't notice any flyscreens. Aren't mosquitoes a serious problem in a tropical country like Cambodia?
Cheap.. You are very nice to old lady
Thanks Sanisa 😊🙏😊 I always respect who older people 🙂 Thanks for your comment 🙏😊🙏
The coiled barbed wire gave me concern.
Is crime (break ins) an issue there?
Other than that, a very desirable apt.🙏
nice does it have A/C ??? Keep up the great work !!!
A/C really boosts your electric bill, and you will never acclimate to the tropical heat. Every time you step outside, you’ll suffer. I allow my body to acclimate to the tropical climate, and the big bonus is also a very very low electric bill.
Takes my two to three weeks to acclimate. (Acclimatization)
Fans and cross circulation only. Plus dress properly, and eat and drink fluids properly.
I want the $80 one 🤩
Could you help me find a similar apartment in Cambodia ill be in country January 24th?
just wait, it's $80 now, when all the westerners flock there it will soon be $800, then $1000, then $1500... same thing happened in Portugal, in Lisbon apartments were $500, now they are $2000
that same size unit cost $300 here in the Philippines
👍
I love your videos. I wish I can go to Cambodia and find a good apartment and find a good girl like you so I could live there and get married.
The close big market…is that Phsar Leu? On National Road 6? I’m wondering exactly where these apartments are. To see on a map would be good. Thank you. 🙏🏼 ☸️
Do they have fans? I don’t use air-con. I let my body acclimate to the heat when I am in tropical countries. Fans and cross circulation only. Also keeps the electric bill really low.
Thanks so Robert for you comment 😊🙏😊 Yes, It’s close to Phsar Leu Thom Tmey 🙂 All Gold members get access to the property location plus, direct access to the landlords! 👍

Thank you - how and what address I can contact this wonderfull lady to rent her apartment for I am thinking to stay in Siem reap on long term holiday basis - kindly reply at the bottom of my comment ... Many many thanks again !!!
£65 per month, that's £16.25 per week £390 for 6 months, it's not the Hilton but for that money what do you expect. I pay almost the same here in the UK for one month as it is for 6 months there, I'd pay the 6 months rent up front & use it as a base to travel around & explore Cambodia on a motorbike.
How about AC?
Hi , can you tell me the Location of this Apartment ?
I guess you get what you pay for...looks like $80 don't get you much ..
Aircon and Wi-Fi?
is it posible for one month and pay more?
I want to rent for 2 months if it’s possible?
ehat about houses where I can keep a dog?
Is there a way to contact this lady via email? I'm looking for something long term starting August 1st. Thanks for the video.
This is much cheaper than other asian countries ive seen on UA-cam. Tough to find anything for $50-$100 anywhere. UE do you get any commission or kickback money for helping rent out the place? Id pay you a few hundred dollars to show me about 3 or 4 places and for me to choose a place?
Both places are very good for the rent. 2nd one is for me. $180. What about electric?
@@whatsname2649 hi, do you mean $25.00 per month? How do I get your contact information. I'm sorry I don't want to subscribe nor be a member.
Don't forget a video about small houses ,cute girl 😉
@@richardblanc692 Hey Richard 🙂 I'm totally forget about it 🤦♀I'm sorry 🙂 I got two videos, you might like these ones 🙂 I will try to looking more for you 🙂 Thanks for your comment🙏🙂🙏
@@uetravels forgiven, but you have to eat a pork sausage at the local market 😮
Do u have any 80$ left
I'll take the $180
Hi very good video I am coming in last week of March I will try to contact you if it's ok
Hey Mike, that sounds good and thanks so much for your comment! 😊If you have a general question you can ask here in the comments🙂 but if it’s something more specific or private, all channel members can email me and comments are prioritised. Thanks!🙏
If u have a problem with a neighbor, how are they resolved? As a foreigner, I don't think my cultural way of getting aggressive would be the best way in Siem Reap.
Most Cambodian people don’t want to have any problems with foreigners😊✌️ Thanks so much for your comment 🙂🙏🙏
I'll contact you when I get to Siem Reap. You can help me find a place for dough, okay. I am not willing to use cards on video for things like this, apps, etc. It will be much better than a membership contribution like scheme. Reply here and I'll keep you apprised.
Is this place guest friendly like if I bring lady friend with me its OK ?
What is the address or contact of this property please ?
All address details and the ability to get in touch with the landlord directly are available for gold members of the channel only I’m afraid, but please let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll try to help if I can! 😊You can become a member here: If you would like to consider becoming a Gold member get access to the property location plus, direct access to the landlords🙏😊🙏 thanks so much for your comment
@@uetravels Oh, I see ! Now I understand why you have never given out the address of the properties and I had wondered why !? It's a kind like the old English law - A merchant is not obligated to sell to a potential customer what is displayed in the window - Anyway, many many thanks for your kindness as to respond to my request and may your ventures prosper further as you wish them to be - with love and may Heaven Bless !!!
gold menbers ????? come on what shoulld paid for something free beside you put the tel numer at the start of vdo ...
