But from where does NODe gets the internet network to serve us is it from any WiFi🤔? It's not mentioned in code or it's just local network only capable to serve devices near by it.

But in this vedio I didn't get that from where does NODe gets network.to serve us🤔
So for this u need to understand how a router works , so router is a device which spreads the wifi coming to our homes ( through broadband cables ) now similar to the router nodemcu spread its own wifi ( obviously which doesn't carry internet ) and through that network device connected to it can transfer data to each other
