In case your serial monitor is showing random sables, try adding Serial.begin(9600); in your void setup() and select the baud as 9600 in serial monitor. That should fix the problem

Well there is quite a bit of difference with Wifi we can access the device from wherever in the world it is it just should be connected to any wifi But blutooth can only work if both devices are connected to same network.
