Can you do pendulum squats and hack squats in the same workout? And is the Pendelum squat hardest in the mid range because at the top though it’s heaviest the lock out gives us more strength?
Wrong x3. Stanc varies person to person keep your knees out. You don't need to elev your heels unless they raise up at the bottom of the ROM. Always keep the wt on your heels. It's veeeery simple
@@BigV24If one has good ankle mobility, they can do either, but if one doesn’t, it is recommended to not stick to an option that won’t compromise their ankle stability to avoid injury.
I been working on it fellas i have put feet high when i put feet lower i cant go all way down not just my bottom feet go up but i think i have long femurs my legs literally wont go all way down. So i guess ill have to have feet high i just feel like i wont get maxiumum quad growth😢

Every person on UA-cam says keep your heels flat and not take heels off. So who do you believe? Need see what actual research says
Why don’t you just try both and see which one works for you? I personally like the heels up.
