I'm 5'5" and I frequently played around with the seat settings when I first got my Gladiator. My wife being a bit shorter than me adjusted the seat higher the first time she drove it. I discovered I liked the view of the height when I came back around to driving it after she failed to lower it back down. The issue I found when sitting up higher was that I could feel the added pressure on the back of my legs making it uncomfortable on longer trips. I then started raising the seat up and lower it back down when it got uncomfortable. After a while I got annoyed changing it back and forth so I now just leave it at a lower level sacrificing the higher view for a more comfortable seating position. I did contemplate adding spacers to the back of the seat but decided to leave well enough alone. I may give it a try one of these days.

I sometimes drive my wife’s JL and man I can’t get it right since it’s not permanent. I need to get my own! 😂 My WK2 SRT has memory automatic seats man that thing has me spoiled.
I tried to figure out how to lower the seat more than the limit is. I'm only 5'11" but with the bikini top my head rubs it until the seat "compresses" after being in it a couple minutes. It would be fine without the bikini but I need/want that when the Sunrider is open
I have to have mine leaning back but I've never messed with the Lumbar or height. Guess I'll have to play with it although I find it very comfortable now. I've got a JL Rubicon but it's the same in this regard.
I put the seat spacers under just the front legs of the seat. Made my legs way more comfortable
Set it and forget it… but now, you’re inspiring me to take another shot at it. Don’t ever want to become bored driving my Gladiator!

I also took a page from my mom's book. I lifted my seat all the way up and cut the sleeves off my tee shirt.
No need to cut the sleeves. Just buy them without👍
