50 Cent vs Fat Joe - The Elephant in the Sand | Rap Beef Series
Вставка
- Опубліковано 22 вер 2024
- One of 50 Cent's many rap beefs was against Bronx representer, Fat Joe, the head of Terror Squad. IT went down on wax and things got heated at award shows. Luckily it came to a pretty peaceful resolution after several years however. See the details here in the video.

Uh oh ....there go Vlad in the background instigating beef as he normally does. What a surprise!!!
I truly believe that if Chris Lighty hadn't unalived himself, these 2 would still be beefing. It's cool they squashed it.
It's unfortunate but at least something good came from it. It seems like they did it to honor his memory as that is something that he wanted.
50 def woulda still been on joe's neck!!! I remember 50 exposed joe on that Rat Joe Skit 1 or 2😂
50 Cent definitely won lyrically and his diss mixtape outselling The Elephant In The Sand album by Joe was super savage but he definitely made a mistake including Joe and Jadakiss given they had nothing to do with his beef with Rule. I’m just glad he admitted and apologized for it. I don’t really blame him given how dangerous and personal the Ja Rule beef was. I do think Fat Joe’s diss tracks are overlooked. My Fofo and his Jay-Z diss track My Lifestyle are good disses that people keep sleeping on. My Fofo is a classic diss in my opinion. To me given 50 has had so many classic beefs, I think Jadakiss is still his toughest opponent.
@@camronshean1758 50 is definitely petty and he still is given his trolling but that’s just how he is. It helped and affected his career. But mostly helped.
Is This why 50 Cent don't fuck with Vlad because of this Fat Joe interview
Possibly, you got a source for 50 Cent having an issue with Vlad? I haven't heard about that.
Michael Jordan saying out loud that he doesn't like "beef"... that's rich..😅😅
Because of all the violence that happens due to his sneakers?
These videos are excellent but the background music is just noisy
Thanks. Is it too loud? I figure people like background music but I try to make it quiet to not be distracting.
You gotta cover Kendrick vs Big Sean beef too that’s quite a tale really
Oh really? Besides Control there doesn't seem like much else to say.

@@OneStopHipHop811 A lot of sneak disses and tension but it's pretty interesting imo
subliminal beefs suck
Yo that gay unit pic had me dying 😂 tony yayo missing jail like bro i love g unit and them boyz tho but damn 😅
Where is jaaa
You did not mention that Fat Joe didn't appreciate 50 for dissing Big Pun on How to rob and after the funeral video, 50 went to the hospital to recover from listening to Fat Joe's music
It might have been WWE ish in the beginning, but not at the end... they've both stated that if they hadn't squashed it after Lighty's death, people on both sides would have died, and if 50 or Joe themselves had been touched the retaliation would have been an all out war. People outside NY really didn't realize how serious this beef was until much later. G-unit and TS really moved different than other rap crews in the game at that time, they were the real live thing. The one good thing was after the beef the two respected each other and they're practically best friends now. I remember being so happy when 50 brought Joe onstage with him during a show not that long ago.
I remember the vmas I was watching it live and they actually weren’t able to censor the thins 50 and g unit said after the performance… it was censored in the rerun that night on mtv2
I don't think no beef has been this intense ever since
Maybe 50 Cent vs Game?
@@OneStopHipHop811 that’s the closest but other than that I honestly don’t know too many intense beefs on that level ever since
@@camronshean1758 after
@@OneStopHipHop811 I think 50 versus everyone is just one huge beef with gunit at his side some of them switch sides. And X and Eminem even busta stepping in to bury ja rule
@@thefm4506 50/Gunit when they stomped out gunplay & took his chain or when 50 had sent french 2 record where khalid's mom works at.
What did the feds have on Lighty that he had to kill himself as the only way out?
To generate buzz and sales is part of it, I think.
Likely yes
Too bad Joe did not have Pun, Link, Or Remy to back him in the beef while 50 had Banks as his main weapon with lyrics yeah. Although to be fair 50 alone was too lyrical for Joe in terms of rapping Joe is no Pun, Remy, Or Link on the mic yeah.
That’s real
I just learned about Cam’Ron and Nas recently. Can’t remember if you covered it but I think it’s funny how many beefs were going on in the late 90s and early 2000’s.
I wonder what the first ever rap beef was. 🤔 Gonna do some research lol
Edit: So Kool Moe Dee murdered some man named Busy Bee. Busy bee was just vibing minding his business, lowkey rocking the crowd. Then KMD walked in and chose violence. 😂 Rap beef was born
Hey Huey, nah I didn't cover Nas vs Cam'ron at all. Yea the first rap beef was pretty much KMD vs Busy Bee. It wasn't really on wax though like later beefs.
Then krs versus shan. Roxanne. LL versus kool moe dee.
