In abdominojugular reflex, the JVP remains rises transiently for 3 cm and then falls down even when pressure is continued whereas in R or L heart failure, the JVP remains elevated. And inspite of short PR interval WPW syndrome does not produce loud S1. Pls someone clarify!!
In the very beginning the prof made huge mistake by writing rate normal range, he wrote 60-100bpm the actual rate is 50-90bpm if range was 60-100 then in SIRS criteria we would not have hr more than 90 not more than 100
Respected Sir, 20:30 abdominojugular reflux : do we withdraw the hand or it's the normal heart which compensates the increased venous return due to abdominal pressure which incipient RHF (pathological heart) is not able to compensate , so there is no fall in jvp even after 10 secs of pressure? please clarify sir. Student of DBMCI
