Ma Klounkee is an underworld trait event which could trigger Cad Bane leader and Lady Proxima. The cards aren’t limited to units. This makes them stronger in my opinion than you are stating since you mention only units in this video. We will need to see if more events or upgrades with the underworld trait to truly evaluate these cards. Though in an underworld themed set, I imagine the synergy will be high.
That is true! However, you can always play it so that you can just pass instead of taking initiative with Cobb, and if they decide to pass you can juist claim initiative so there's ways around it, just need to play it smart.
Cobb, being as good as it is, have the downside that if you take initiative and then is taken down you get nothing. so you put yourself in a situation in wich you cant take initiative while the opoent have a tool to defeat Cobb.

Krayt Dragon seems insane for Vader Green
Yea in those midrange shells is where I see it shine, love that card.
I could maybe see the Dragon coming into its own as a finisher in a Vader control deck, especially with Command ramp
