Even though 4K is now the standard for film quality, this quaint film transcends those standards. The modern era has brought us a few things, one of them is an App called ‘Merlin’, where your phone listens and records whatever is singing and lists them.
In my garden the neighbour pointed out a great crested , tawny tree crawler , I’d never heard of one before and I’m 60 , it looked more like a singing larch wobbler to me , but I’m no expert, cheers shane uk 🇬🇧
For me the warning about it being addictive is to late, I became so consumed with traveling across the USA in search of rare birds that it cost me my marriage.
I gripe the lawn is not cut low enough. A female mallard duck has decided to use this lawn to protect her chick's. Why not local pond ... don't know. She teaches her ducklings in situations; but, she is very aware of who she can trust. My concern is Hawks & crows.
It's a Great Tit... I currently have them building a nest in my birdbox and are always around my feed station :) they have a distinct high pitch call which sounds like teacher teacher
Can’t wait! I’m off to Yorkshire away from the crowds on a cheap rail ticket. No pollution and cars on the Yorkshire way
I love birds and nature.
Great interesting video.
I injoyed it. I learned from it. Thanks
One the best things about UA-cam is films like this that would never get aired on TV or other 'closed' channels.
Agreed! So glad you found it!

This film proves no bird should be kept in a cage
whp is the music by ,when the heron is shown
What is the second bird at 29 seconds?

Lol 😂😂 that sounds so wrong you have a great tit building a nest in your bird box 😂
You goes down to Bacon end and turn left at the Vicarage
A real shame that you labelled the disgusting annual slaughter of Pheasants as 'Sport', but a beautiful and well-made video nonetheless.
Its an old film you can tell looks and sounds 70's or 80s so best give it a pass on the hunt sport front
So true about taking responsibility for the birds and own actions . I got arrested for protecting them with a soft ball gun 😂🙄clown world
დიდად, ფასეულია, ახღსადია ღიტუნები, მაგრამ, ბელგიელები, დღემდე შოკოლადშ, აფრიკიკაში , აკთებენ ,ბელგიულ,, შოკოლადს !!
