Thank you, your comments are much appreciated. One of my main aims in making these films is hopefully to encourage more people to take an interest in wildlife and perhaps do more to help and slow down the decline in all forms of wildlife.
This is just what I’m grateful to be alive for! Thanks for sharing, I don’t know you, but I know for sure that you’re a sensitive and kind man! Ciao from Italy! 💚
Quelle merveilleuse connaissance des oiseaux et de la nature , doublé d’un merveilleux photographe,ce film est un enchantement permanent, merci de nous le faire partager Armelle d’Hendecourt.
This is the best documentary about little birds. I actually got your channel while searching for "Tits birds documentary". 😊 Not only there's much more to enjoy but the "Changing season in wildlife garden" is so fitting and it was fun to watch the lil mouse so determined, making few runs and taking perfect opportunity while the lil Robins were in a romantic mood at 10:46.😅 Those were a good photographs at 29:46 and immediately followed by the fledglings bathing and the sound of running water at 30:57 and narrates in a cutest way, comparing them like little children. Thank you Maurice Baker for sharing us your joy. It must be fun and also a great privilege for you to be able to have that much exposures. Ykno, the LORD GOD Almighty is a Good and Gracious KING and HE displays HIS glory to every of HIS creatures, its a privilege for some of us who sees and hear. And O yes, that one at the early morning dawn of the birds chirpings, that was wonderful and so sweet and true. I love it!! ❤
Yes, truly a masterpiece of editing and filming. While watching this, a dunnock came within four feet of us, started singing, flew on to an aerial feeder and brought us actual real time bird watching with your video! Special moment. Probably the same dunnock as we had last year but it was not as tame. A very special hour of watching and learning at a very difficult time for us in many ways. Another great thank you!
Desr Sir, it was your youtube profile picture that first attracted me to your channel,( so similar to mine) after watching all your beautiful footage on this video, I just knew we share the same passion for birds and nature on this wonderful earth. Thank you!! Looking forward to watching all the other videos you've produced. New subscriber from Canada.
You must be an amazing person with your Heart at the right place. How I enjoyed all of these lovely little creatures and as much as those in my own wildlife/forest garden....Thank you....Thank you....🙏🏽💖🐞🦉🦋🦅🐝🦅🐌
What can I say apart from very well done mate, vert well done! This was pro level of production and is worthy of a major channel! Love the choice of music background too. My mum willl love this!
Wonderful, enjoyed every second if this, the mealworms are as popular as my Danish pastry intake😄Can't beat British bird life, miss it so much since I moved to Australia, nothing like that here. Cheers and well done🍻
I've just watched this brilliant piece of film at 1AM and now I cant wait to get started on introducing wildlife to our new home and garden, well done from Mick in Crumlin Dublin
Without generous people like yourselves giving time to share such valuable and visible info about the wildlife that so desperately need our help, many of us would sadly never understand what a difference our input would make.so good to know there are people out there still trying to alert us to those needs.Thank You
This is the most beautiful film I have ever seen. You have captured the beauty of birdlife and nature so perfectly! Thank you so much for sharing it with the world. I have watched it several times, and always share it with others.
Thank You so much for making and sharing this. It is the most relaxing thing I have watched in a long time. The diversity of wildlife is truly breathtaking.
Thank you Stuart. Glad to hear that you are setting up a feeding station, there is nothing like getting children interested in nature in their early years, hopefully it will give them a lifetime of pleasure.
Wow this is amazing. I have been working on a wildlife friendly garden for a few years, using a lot of native plants as well, but this really inspires me. So many wonderful ideas here that I'd love to try too.
This is so sweet! I really love birds but a woodpecker in the garden is another level of noise 😂 Joung woodpeckers start calling for food when the sun goes up and don't stop until evening...
Thank you so much for making this fantastic Changing seasons video you are obviously very talented and dedicated. I have had endless pleasure in watching it.
This is wonderful footage Maurice. Obviously a labour of love to produce such a high quality record over the year. I am so glad that you offer your, easy to listen to, informative commentary. (So many people do not. Why not?) It adds so much more. I've recently seen Fieldfare in big numbers, 5 -6 miles away from my home, in rolling farmland. They are easily spooked. There were probably Redwings in amongst the flock but I didn't actually see any but they were a distance away. When I was a lad in my teens 50 years ago we used to have really bad prolonged winter weather -snow frost and these birds could be seen regularly even close up, in our town small back garden. We used to throw out apple peelings for them etc
+Tom McClean Thank you Tom, I was a bit doubtful about adding a commentary but it seem to have worked OK. I have also seen a few fieldfare out in the country this winter but with this very mild winter I am not expecting to see any in the garden this time.
Absolutely great work! Made me happy to identify most of the birds featured. Thank you so very much for bringing this piece of wildlife to us bird lovers.
I've never seen stock doves before! I get a lot of wood pigeons in my garden and obviously there's feral pigeons in the towns near where I live, but no stock doves as far as I'm aware. Beautiful film, I love your garden and obviously so do the local wildlife :)
Wow, I really enjoyed this, thank you! Amazing footage and so well put together. Your garden has also given me lots of inspiration as I'm trying to create a wildlife garden here though our garden is less than a year old so starting from scratch. Thanks for sharing this video!
+BluePoppy333 Thank you so much for your comments and I am pleased that you have found inspiration from my garden. It takes a while for a garden to mature but I am sure that you will be encouraged with creating your wildlife garden as you see more and more wildlife visiting as time goes by.
Hello Maurice, I can't put into words just how fantastic this film is. I've watched hundreds of nature & wildlife videos on YT & enjoyed them all but this one has to be my favourite. I found your channel by reading a comment you left on Sue's video (Butterfly Spirit) and I'm so glad I popped over. This will be a video I enjoy over & over. Thank you so much for this. I struggle to make nature videos because I have MS but I keep trying & you have inspired me to develop my garden into more than just a place I hang bird feeders, bird baths etc. It has given me hope so thank you so very much for the beauty of what you have done here & for sharing it. You have quite made my day really. I've subscribed. Kindest regards Su x
+That One Song Thank you Sue your generous comments are much appreciated, it's comments like this that make all the time and effort that goes into making a film like this worthwhile. It took a long time to film and edit but it was a labour of love and I am always pleased when other people share the pleasure I had in making it. I have just been looking at some of your videos, I particularly liked the grey wagtail. Good luck with your garden, I hope you manage to attract loads of wildlife and particularly birds. Very best wishes Maurice :-)
Without doubt, one of the most visually pleasing British bird/wildlife doc's I've ever seen! Thank you for making it available; so beautiful.
